Most training providers and independent coaches run their activity across four or five disconnected tools — one for booking, one for video, one for course content, one for signatures, and a spreadsheet to hold it together. Every session then has to be reconstructed afterwards: who attended, for how long, and what was covered. CAMEVA replaces that stack with a single continuous flow. Each session leaves its own records as it happens. The attendance sheet is produced as a PDF. The actual connection time of every participant is measured, rather than capturing a signature inside a time window. And the session report is written automatically at the end of the meeting, generated from the recording by an AI model running on our own servers in France. CAMEVA produces and keeps the records a training provider will present at its Qualiopi audit. Two things set CAMEVA apart. The online learning space is included at no extra cost — no add-on licence, no activation fee. And connection time is measured rather than declared, which is a different kind of record altogether. Around the session, CAMEVA includes a CRM (leads, contacts, deals, pipelines), public registration forms with automatic confirmation emails, email sequences and a newsletter, online booking with a calendar, a file space per customer, electronic signature for documents, single sign-on, and workflow automation. Every customer gets their own site and their own database, hosted in France. No data leaves Europe. Three subprocessors, all French, published on our website. CAMEVA is built for French training providers (organismes de formation), skills-assessment centres, coaching practices and independent trainers (formateurs indépendants). Subscriptions start at €59 excl. VAT per month, with no setup fee and a 15-day trial. B2B only — a French SIRET number is required. CAMEVA is in open beta and used in real conditions by its first customers. The following are not yet part of the product: certificat de réalisation, convention and convocation as generated documents, locked assessment questionnaires, electronically signed émargement, BPF reporting, and in-platform payment.
