I like that the screens and interface are similar to how a mortgage originator takes a loan application. That way it is so much easier to flow through the screens and get them completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the fields that are the same info, do not carry through to other screens. For example, the real estate tax monthly payment does not carry through to the fee worksheet screen and must be re-entered. If you make a mistake, enter the wrong number, you will get an error message and must fix it to clear the error message.

I have a better idea. Why not have the field link to all the other fields for monthly real estate taxes, so we only have to input it 1 time! There are several other fields with the same issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Calyx is able to handle all of your needs for loan origination and servicing. I have used this software for over three years. Now that I am familiar with it I can easily handle my everyday pipeline needs. It can be used to generate loan applications, loan numbers, and re-disclosures. Calyx allows us to enter loans quickly with the customer in front of us. We eliminated having them fill out paper forms and print one page for them to sign.
