**What do you like best about Calyx?**

Once you get the hang of this clunky, outdated interface, it can be used to originate loans.

**What do you dislike about Calyx?**

It’s Windows-only, so hope you don’t prefer Mac. It’s clunky, and the interface looks like it hasn’t been updated since 2004. It’s also not that intuitive; there’s a steep learning curve.

**What problems is Calyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software can be used to originate loans. Newer add-on features like Zip can make some of the process more online-friendly.
