Callvix Solutions is a specialized outsourced front desk and call-handling provider for the pest control industry, serving companies across the United States. Rather than a broad, multi-industry message-taking service, Callvix runs pest control companies' full call operation: customer intake, lead qualification, urgency assessment, appointment scheduling, plus overflow and after-hours coverage. Real, pest-trained agents answer under the client's brand and book into the client's calendar or CRM on the client's rules — delivering full front-desk coverage at a fraction of the cost of hiring in-house.
