Callura is an AI virtual assistant (AI receptionist) for dental practices, med spas, and other appointment-based healthcare practices. Built on each practice's own workflows, services, and FAQs, it does the following: - Answers every call 24/7. - Books, reschedules, and cancels appointments in the practice's own system during the call. Supported systems: Dentrix, Open Dental, Denticon, Eaglesoft, NexHealth, ModMed, Zenoti, Vagaro, Mindbody, and WellnessLiving. - Verifies insurance eligibility. - Sends SMS confirmations. - Transfers callers to staff based on the practice's rules. Practices can use it for every call, overflow only, or after hours. Callura signs BAAs, goes live in under one week with less than two hours of staff time, and works with more than 50 clinics. That includes Slim Dental, the largest dental practice in Manhattan, where Callura generates over $1M a year.
