What do you like best about CallTower?

CallTower helped us make the smooth transition from an inhouse outdated vendor specific telephony to an advanced cloud based platform and are now our telephony provider.

What do you dislike about CallTower?

What problems is CallTower solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moving off old out dated internal telephony to a cloud based telephony system.
