Rather than a generic voice bot, it ships with ready-made playbooks for 15+ trades and professions: a plumber's emergency leak is triaged and escalated by SMS, a law firm's intake stays confidential, a real-estate call books a viewing straight into the calendar. Every conversation ends with a structured summary delivered by email and SMS, and feeds a real-time dashboard. Data stays in the EU: hosting in Germany (Hetzner) and Frankfurt (Supabase), AES-256-GCM encryption, TLS 1.3, GDPR mode. In a published case study, Callsens handled 657 calls in 7 days for an outdoor-design SMB and identified €146,571 in sales pipeline — 16.3% of those calls arrived outside business hours.
