"Simple Access to Call and Form Data That Makes Lead Review Easy; Filtering Could Be More Robust"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CallRail?

I believe the most helpful aspect of CallRail is the simplicity in accessing call and form data. There are some aspects of the platform that are not overly user-friendly, but as far as reviewing and making determinations about leads that are tracked in CallRail, both us and our clients have found it extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

The number one thing I dislike about CallRail is the inability to filter OUT when looking at calls or forms; you can only filter TO things. I want to be able to use filters to exclude lead sources. This would immediately increase how useful the platform is and would save me, and likely most other advertisers, a ton of time. I've never understood why the filtering capabilities are so limited in this regard, but it would make a massive difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CallRail Makes Lead Attribution and ROI Tracking Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about CallRail?

What I like best about CallRail is how easy it is to track and attribute inbound leads across different marketing channels. The platform provides clear visibility into which campaigns, keywords, and sources are driving phone calls and conversions, making it much easier to measure ROI and optimize marketing spend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

The platform is quite comprehensive, so there can be a bit of a learning curve when you start exploring some of its more advanced features, which is normal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup, Intuitive UI with Deep Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about CallRail?

I find CallRail intuitive and easy to use. Additionally, the call log is very informative, which is quite helpful for our needs. CallRail's features, tools, and reporting insights are better, and they have provided a good job of documentation and training, making the setup straightforward. Creating a standard operating procedure for our internal teams has resulted in success. I also appreciate how CallRail integrates with Google Analytics and agency analytics, adding value to our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

I think there needs to be more clarity around unanswered or abandoned calls. We see a lot of these calls, and it would be helpful to know if they're spam or solicitations or something else. It seems like there's a lot of those types of calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Navigate UI and Powerful Integrations That Make Call Reviews Simple"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CallRail?

CallRail’s user interface is very easy to navigate. It makes it simple to review calls, update numbers and call routing, and quickly identify qualified calls versus unqualified ones. Even with the wide range of tools available in the platform, everything still feels straightforward to find and use. The integrations with other platforms and even AI tools makes it even more of a useful tool for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

CallRail isn't always the best at identifying spam/robo calls. Call analytics can be distorted by spam calls, and some users report delays in call duration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Reporting That Streamlines Training and Updates"
5/5
What do you like best about CallRail?

The reporting has helped us in our business, and streamline the process for training and keeping people updated. It’s also very user friendly, and love to see personal recommendations come to life Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

The messaging feature could use some work; being able to sort conversations by phone number or see what number they are texting, would be ideal. Also, the users, would like to assign certain users, certain phone numbers, so we are able to have each user manage their own phone number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great UI and Easy Call Recordings for Capturing Key Details"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CallRail?

Sometimes I forget exactly what an inquiry said during our call so it's helpful that I can listen to our call again and get the important info. The UI is great in finding the recordings easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

Sometimes the AI says the wrong answers. Once, someone asked for me specifically and it said that I don't work here. Other customers have said that "it felt like a waste of my time to spell out my name just to save you folks a little bit of time" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CallRail Makes Call Review Easy for Better Client Performance"
5/5
What do you like best about CallRail?

I love the fact that I can listen to calls to determine the specifics and gather data that allows me to optimize performance for my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

If I could point out an area that CallRail could improve, I'd say it'd be the customer support. It's not that bad, but I felt like it was hard to get in touch with real humans and there were a lot of roadblocks on the way. I also feel that I was pushed to read FAQs/articles a lot. "CallRail Delivers Better Visibility Into Every Inbound Call"
5/5
What do you like best about CallRail?

What I like best about CallRail is the visibility it provides into call performance and lead activity across multiple locations. The platform makes it easy to understand where calls are coming from, how they are being handled, and where opportunities may be getting missed.

The reporting is straightforward, the call tracking is reliable, and features such as call recording, transcription, spam detection, and Voice Assist provide useful tools for improving answer rates and customer experience. I also appreciate that CallRail gives us enough flexibility to test new workflows without requiring a major system implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

Reporting can also feel fragmented at times, especially when trying to compare performance across multiple locations or separate legitimate opportunities from spam, robocalls, and other non-productive activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Assistant That Captures After-Hours Calls and Helps Close More Clients"
5/5
What do you like best about CallRail?

It helped our business address the problem of unanswered calls after hours. The AI assistant is a useful feature that can save you money and help you close more clients when you simply can’t answer the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

We run two event companies—essentially the same team at the same address—but each one focuses on different products. Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to set up one AI assistant for two phone numbers; each number has to be on its own plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Call Tracking with Robust Integrations, Needs Better Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CallRail?

I like the fact that the user interface of CallRail is simple, and it's also rather simple to set up. It's simple to navigate compared to some of the other platforms. I also appreciate the feature where it shows the referral data from where the call came from, and the tagging feature where I can tag calls and use tagging for automations through Zapier and other platforms. These features are ones I really like as well. I think the setup process was pretty easy, very intuitive, and it remains easy to learn and set up for new clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

So as I said, I like the UI that it's simple, but sometimes it can be too simple. I think a more advanced query to get data out would be nice. In my three, four, five years of use, I haven't seen any major updates in terms of new features and anything exciting to the core call tracking product. I think they could improve the reporting a lot by just adding some nice extra features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
