CallPilot is an AI phone receptionist from Magnified Technologies. It uses business-approved information to answer questions, capture customer inquiries and appointment requests, and follow configured staff transfer and handoff rules. Appointment requests include the requested service and preferred time for staff review; they are not automatically confirmed calendar appointments. For supported restaurants, a verified SeatPilot connection can check availability and create reservations. Coverage hours, phone routing and communications usage follow the agreed configuration. The standard plan is CAD 350 per month before applicable tax. No unsupported CRM, POS or third-party calendar integration is implied. Payment confirmation is separate from operational activation.
