It answers every call, day or night, and books appointments in real time with a named stylist or practitioner, directly in the booking system the business already uses. It handles multi-service bookings with processing time (like colour plus cut), can take deposits by text payment link or card on file, and can transfer callers to a team member or take a message. CallPad powers the built-in AI receptionists of SalonIQ, Shortcuts and Salon Manager, and connects with booking systems including Phorest, Mindbody, Cliniko, Simple Salon and Booker. Setup takes about 10 minutes. CallPad offers a BAA for US med spas and clinics.
