CallMinded provides AI call answering for small service businesses whose owners and staff cannot always reach the phone. Josie introduces herself as an AI assistant, answers from information the business approves, and collects the details staff need to follow up. Businesses can customize greetings, service areas, hours, questions, exclusions and next steps. A garage can capture a repair enquiry, a cleaning business can collect a quote request, and a contractor can collect an after-hours service request. Examples are illustrative rather than customer results. Setup includes review of the business information and a forwarding test through the existing business number before activation. Capturing a preferred appointment time is a request for staff review, not a confirmed booking. Current functionality does not include autonomous dispatch, outbound appointment reminders, customer SMS or verified calendar bookings. The free trial lasts 14 days or 50 AI conversation minutes, whichever comes first, begins when the service is ready, and requires no card. It pauses at the limit rather than automatically adding charges.
