Calling AI is an AI call center for businesses. It answers inbound calls in 0.8 seconds, speaks natural Turkish in your brand's tone, books appointments, takes orders, opens records and transfers the call to your team when needed. On outbound calls it rings your list at the times you set for payment and appointment reminders, surveys, confirmations, sales and collections. The same assistant works on WhatsApp Business (official API), e-mail and the chat box on your website, where visitors can also talk to it by voice. You build it without code by chatting in the panel and uploading your documents or giving your web address. Every conversation is recorded, and results and reports appear in the panel. It works with your existing number (Netgsm, Verimor, Twilio and SIP-capable phone systems) and connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Google Calendar and other apps from the panel, or to your own software via REST API, webhooks and MCP. Data is processed in line with KVKK and GDPR, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train AI models. Enterprises can install it on their own servers with local LLM, STT and TTS models. Customers include Fiba Emeklilik (87% of customer calls completed by the assistant), A1 Capital (96% of website questions answered) and Aşkar Grup (98% of WhatsApp questions answered).
