It's so easy to use! I am not a programmer by any means, but I do have a passion for creating workflows and logical, user-friendly forms. While I bought Clicktools because of the survey capabilities, I have actually used it for even more-- including call scripting. Sometimes it's a little cumbersome to map back to certain field types in Salesforce. For example, I like to use a scale of 1-10 for NPS score and use a drop down or radio button, but I want to map back to a number field in Salesforce in order to calculate average scores.
