**What do you like best about CallidusCloud Clicktools?**

Its a great product but not super user friendly.  Especially if you have it synced within Salesforce.  I spend a lot of time going back and forth from one group to the other...Clicktools says reach out to Salesforce...Salesforce says reachout to Clicktools...can be frustrating at times....

**What do you dislike about CallidusCloud Clicktools?**

Not really user friendly have to contact customer support for almost everything you need to do...documentation isn't the best

**Recommendations to others considering CallidusCloud Clicktools:**

Make sure you create plenty of documentation
