If they called a second time within a minute or so, they could get through. - Their call quality is very poor. - If I wanted to use hands free for the call, I had to wait for the call to connect, then activate the hands free option. - Their calling plan cost is higher than most other VOIP providers. - To add SMS to my plan, their charge was in excess of $20/month. - Their technical support team broke multiple promises over several months that they were working on my problem and would have it corrected. **What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you?** CallHippo advertises and promises to provide crystal clear calling and a high level of connectivity. In practicality, none of their advertised features worked for me. I prepaid for one year of service, and after approximately 5 months, I wanted to cancel my service and obtain a refund. Pretty straightforward UI/UX and helps our team start dialling right away. **What do you dislike about CallHippo?** Nothing that we dislike. Does the job for us! **What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our sales teams, especially the outbound teams use the tool to call our prospects globally and book meetings with them. The mobile app helps us instantly access the tool and start taking calls right from our mobile phones. As easy as that! ### 45. The transition from our previous phone system to CallHippo was seamless. The call recording is a perk in case a note or important detail was missed. **What do you dislike about CallHippo?** The customer support is lacking in eitherthe amount of representatives availble, or over loaded with calls. The wait time was less than ideal, but the issue is always solved. **What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Call forwarding is simple and easy to set up. Call recording is my favorite feature that is built into the software.
