CallerPlugins is a Chrome extension for sales and support teams that work from a CRM all day. It puts a small button next to every phone number. One click opens the app your team already uses, with the number filled in: a chat app, a video-calling app or the softphone on your computer (any app that handles tel:, callto: or sip: links). You choose which buttons appear and in which order. Message templates fill in the contact's name and company. CallerPlugins doesn't send messages for you and doesn't read the rest of your CRM; it only reads the number and name you click. Free for 100 uses per calling tool per month per company. Pro removes the limit and logs every click in the CRM. Made by Agenda 2050 BV, the Netherlands.
