Best thing is that you know who is on the other end, no more mystery calls, spams etc, just like a personal assistant but automated. Most important aspect, i would say is that you won't miss any important calls, and avoid spending time answering spam calls. It provides the information accuratley so that you can check whether answering back to the number is worth your time. You can always check the history of your unanswered as well as answered calls.
