Callen is an online scheduling and business management platform for independent beauty and wellness professionals in Brazil, such as nail artists, lash and brow designers, hairdressers, barbers and aestheticians. Professionals list their services, prices and hours and get a personal booking link to share on Instagram, WhatsApp or Google, so clients can see open slots and book on their own. Callen sends automatic WhatsApp reminders to reduce no-shows, fills cancellations with a waitlist, handles recurring appointments, re-engages clients who haven't booked in a while, and keeps clients and finances in one place. It is built for people who work alone or with a small team and want to spend less time answering messages and more time serving clients.
