Easy to set up. Potentially good tracking and reporting features.

The app repeatedly stops working making it ineffective, especially when used on client sites.

Look for alternatives, especially if intending to use them on client sites as it will frustrate them and not add any value.

**What problems is Callback Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After testing I've realized no benefits due to its poor performance and lack of support.
