The texting portion receives more responses than the calling version. Type a brief message to go to the techs, schedule the event and then wait for responses.

I don't like that techs can opt-out of receiving the messages and it doesn't work with Google Voice.

Confirming the techs can take a very long time - this allows us to contact everyone at once and just wait for responses.

When we need to fill an immediate job/role, we will utilize call-em-all. This helps us reach out to a mass amount of potential employees to see if they are interested in a particular job. They can quickly respond via text, or call our office directly.

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?
I love call-em-all because if an applicant does not pick up my phone call they are sometimes better to respond to a text than a call. Call-Em-All is great if I need to get a position filled quickly and I can send out a large text blast.

I have no dislikes with call-em-all. I wish I could figure out how to get the app on my cell phone so I can check messages outside of business hours without having to be at my computer.

Ability to send out mass communications. Call-Em-All is better for some of our applicants who we can not reach by phone. Alot of people these days prefer communications through text rather than a phone call.

Great customer service...every time I contact them, they are able to resolve my issue immediately! They were able to find a broadcast that was over a year old and send it to me.

We are improving communications with our employees. We can send messages reminding them of work, recruiting, and information about their paperwork, etc.
