Prior to using Call-em-all, we had to spend hours calling over 275 people individually to get our message out. Now I am done in 2 minutes!

Love the reporting feedback! Customer service has always been extremely helpful. I also really enjoy the simplicity of it. Very easy to use! I have been using call em all for the past several years now, and I especially love the texting feature that they now offer.

nothing as of now! The entire system has been wonderful and extremely easy to use. The Customer support has also been extremely helpful. They have helped me multiple times in navigating the website.

no problems at all! Many, Many benefits! Easy to use, customer support is very helpful, and I love the feedback we get once a report is completed. I also love the feature of texting now as well, that has been wonderful! We have tried using other systems to send out calls, and this by far has been the most convenient for us.

I do not like the small limit of characters for a text message of 320 characters.

We are able to contact staff quickly in an emergency and it saves time call individual staff members. Staff like receiving text messages verses being called or receiving voicemails.

As a search & rescue team in Los Angeles we need to get the word out to our team members immediately regarding a callout. This is the only sure-fire way we have found to do that. We used to use pages. But they're archaic and not supported anymore.

Sometimes is more than one report for each broadcast which confuses some of my staff.

Our reminder recall system. We just to call each client no Call-Em-All does for us. It is not time consuming.

I love the conversations texting feature! Works just like AOL IM that was amazing back in the day!

Nothing really. It would be great if you could include a standard signature sign off.

Have a standard signature option so we are not typing out our company name and number each and very broadcast or conversation.

I love everything about Call-Em-All! It was a great help during Hurricane Irma to keep my Residents informed of evacuations and other info. I also love the texting feature to contact staff.

It's user friendly and I love being able to group my contacts. It keeps me very organized.
What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?
Sometimes I would like to add some functions such as maybe an icon that shows that a contact is already in a group. Being able to see that they were in a group already would eliminate calling them twice if they were in another group.

It is amazingly simple to use! Customize text messages and voice messages to send to a lot of people at once!

It saves time. I am able to contact 100+ people per day instead of calling them manually.
