**What do you like best about Calix One?**

The best thing is that I'm able to help customers with their wifi connection issues and I can assist them immediately by opening tickets and following up on them

**What do you dislike about Calix One?**

I am able to help customers by analyzing their WiFi connection issues. I'm also able to check how strong the signal is, connection channels, etc. The tool tells me if the customer is having issues with his connection.

**What problems is Calix One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assiting multiple customers with their internet - wifi wireless connection and opening tickets to keep verifying how can we fix those issues by checking the bandwidth connection and more

I like that when you enter a router to manage, it automatically has a link if I want to add that to a subscriber.  I don't have to go to CMS Admin for that anymore.  Every

I can't seem to find easily where the clients connected are under Troubleshooting like there was in the non cloud version.

Easy to use.

**What problems is Calix One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to help customers by analyzing WiFi degradation issues. I'm able to see the signal strength, manage radios, channels, bandwidth, MU-MIMO use and it tells me if there are any interference issues with customers connection.
