  ### 1. Caliper Essentials is a great tool for assessing and developing talent

**What do you like best about Talogy?**

About a year ago, Caliper improved their reports with the rollout of the Caliper Essentials report. Some of the new features of this repot include customized interview questions, as well as development guides for the individual and the manager.

**What do you dislike about Talogy?**

I can't think of anything I dislike about Caliper.

**What problems is Talogy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The assessment is beneficial as one data point when assessing applicants for a job.  In addition, the manager coaching guide and individual development guide are great tools for use in writing a development plan for an employee, or a whole team.
