What do you like best about Calilio?

Calilio gives me call reports with the reasons why the caller called us and the conclusion of customer calls which helps me take actions accordingly. Also, as a supervisor in a call center, i can monitor each and every agent in real-time. I can also see the call sentiment of a agent to make informed decision. What i like best about calilio is the fact that it combines advanced yet easy-to-easy feature, such as the unified call box and call transcriptions.
