CalibraWorks is calibration and inspection management software for ISO/IEC 17025 laboratories. It runs the whole job in one system: enquiry, quote, intake, calibration or inspection, certificate or inspection report, invoice, payment and recall reminders. Every number on a certificate comes from a calculation engine that gives the same result every time it is rerun. This covers uncertainty budgets, decision rules and AS 2193 force grading. Issued certificates cannot be changed, and each one carries a QR code anyone can use to check it. The software refuses an out-of-calibration reference standard and a signatory without current competence for the method. The quality records ISO 17025 asks for (competence, nonconforming work, complaints, corrective action, internal audit, management review) are kept as part of the work. It also includes Test & Tag inspection reports, a customer portal, and invoicing with Xero and MYOB export or direct connect on demand. It is built in Australia, with data held in Sydney. Prices are published, from A$189 a month, with a 30-day free trial and no card required.
