What do you dislike about CaliberLIMS? Some time getting very slow when multiuser working. Also there is restricted view option based on the user and credentials like Admin, user, reviewers etc... Previously we have improper software which was not capable to handing so much sata of the test of multiple products. Also it was not user friendly which was solved by Lims by providing good GUI. Should help my lab go paperless and claims to be complaint with current regulations however I have not been audited by FDA or EUGMP since our implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CaliberLIMS? Outdated interface, must be run on Internet Explorer which is already obsolete. Lacks proper word processing capabilities, do expect horrendous looking electronic worksheets with page break, out of margin table issues. Often encounter bugs involving data connectivity to instuments. Data collection from non-Empower based instruments are limited to OCR reading of PDF files, by which only very simple tables without complex formatting can be supported. There are also various limitations in the software whereby the developer can only promise to implement in a future build without any commitment on the delivery date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is CaliberLIMS solving and how is that benefiting you? To be honest, using CaliberLIMS for the past year made me felt like a beta tester. The software felt immature and was riddled with numerous bugs that should not exist in an extensively used final product. The way they design data transfer from instruments like Empower is laborious and manual. Most of the time, the data transfer process takes even longer than recording data by pen to a paper worksheet.
