What do you like best about Calendr?

Calendr does EXACTLY what you expect. Link up various calendars and present a consolidated view to people who want to arrange a call. It is easy to set up, clean, and the efficient interface makes it super easy to share your availability with colleagues and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendr?

Functionality is improving regularly, although appointments appear in your calender of choice - scheduled appointments do not yet auto-generate meeting links (eg: teams, google) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Calendr:

I tried a lot of calendar sharing options - most either lacked the functionality or cost significantly more. Stop looking - Calendr does what you need very elegantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendr solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work with a variety of clients as well as maintaining my own schedule. I currently have 3 different calendars that people book time against. Calendr lets me bing these together a help avoid the dreaded "when are you free?" question. Anyone can see my availability (without seeing the actual appointments), saving me (and the other person - or their PA) a tonne of time going back and forth. When someone has booked the time - I am sure that I am free and they get an instant meeting notification. I hate arranging meetings almost as much as I hate booking travel - Calendr fixes this. What do you like best about Calendr?

It is very simple to use. When I first signed up, I was presented with clear instructions on setting up my account (Took about 10 seconds) and then guided through creating my first event type.

Very intuitive if you just go through the simple steps of creating your event type. It’s like a scrolling page and you just set up like that.

Really easy especially when compared with other software which I really had to work out for myself.

Calendr has been set up so you don’t really have to do much thinking. It really isn’t super simple.

I also love that is has direct Zoom integration and I can connect multiple google and Microsoft accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendr?

Nothing really. Does everything our school needs it to do. Most of our staff have an account (teachers and head teacher) and we use it to also schedule conference calls with parents as well as each other and outside contractors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendr solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes scheduling meetings with staff very simple.

We don’t have to give back and forth looking for when we’re free.

Also outside contractors carrying out work within the school book through Calendr for visiting times so their jobs are managed properly for the least disruption to staff and pupils. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not an option yet to brand the calendar page to your colors/style and there's no option to remove Calendr branding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Multiple calendar integrations. I needed to find a solution that allowed me more than 6 calendars (Calendly limits to 6). I tried about 5 or 6 different calendar apps and had small issues with each ranging from data in the Location field not populating into Outlook, calendar invites vs email confirmation, calendar integrations for both Google and O365. I also like that they structure their pricing based on events scheduled so I can still get the full features they have to offer instead of having to go up to the top tier. What do you like best about Calendr?

I enjoy how user-friendly the program is for both the person making the schedule and the person scheduling a meeting. It has made scheduling appointments with my clients much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendr?

The program does have a few bugs, but they have an excellent customer service team that is willing to go above and beyond to solve any problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, I have no issues with the program. A lot of the bugs were things in the beginning while I was getting used to the program. The main benefit of Calendr is the ease of scheduling. What do you like best about Calendr?

The user interface could be better - the fonts, colours and UI. It's not very intuitive in that, if I haven't used a scheduling software before, it might be tough to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
