Calendo Clinic is scheduling software for diagnostic centres and multi-specialty medical practices in Greece. Every department's exams sit on one day. One schedule for every department. Exams no longer live in separate books for each department. They all sit on one shared schedule that reception can see and manage. Reception moves exams. Reception books and reschedules exams directly on the appointment, and every doctor sees their own day with the changes already in place. The patient opens from the exam. The patient register sits next to the appointment, so staff open the patient from the exam instead of searching a second list. Reminders for the next exam. Patients receive email and SMS reminders, included in the subscription. Branches in one account. Centres with several locations keep every branch in the same account, and the day shows which branch each exam is at. Platforms. Calendo Clinic runs in the browser with nothing to install, and a native iPhone app is available on the App Store. An Android app is coming soon. Onboarding and security. Setup is free, and the team helps bring over the data the centre already has. A security and GDPR page on the website explains how patient data is handled. Calendo Clinic is part of the Calendo family from Organosi, alongside Calendo Health, Calendo Dental and Calendo Beauty. Pricing is one flat subscription for the whole centre with no per-doctor or per-patient charge: €100 per month including VAT, or €1,200 per year (pay 12 months, get 14). There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card.
