"Effortless Scheduling, Needs Better Integration Options"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I like that Calendly is easy to use. I also appreciate the fact that it converts meeting times to the appropriate time zones, which is relevant to the client. It's really user friendly and makes setting up meetings straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

I think when it comes to being able to customize some of the integrations, it would help. Or being able to add sales tax on the payments that's more automated. Because with some services, individuals might be offering the service to different countries or different states. So having that built-in audit automation of the sales tax issue or at least being able to set that up appropriately would be a step in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Calendly Turned Scheduling Chaos Into Effortless Time Savings"
5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I’ve been using Calendly for a while now, and it’s fundamentally changed the way I manage my schedule. If you ever find yourself spending time sending “Does this time work for you?” emails back and forth, this tool feels like a non-negotiable asset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

It has effectively turned my inbox from a scheduling battlefield into a place where work actually gets done. By removing the friction of all the back-and-forth, I’m saving at least two hours of administrative “busy work” every week. It’s the closest thing to having a personal assistant, without the overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible scheduling logic that cuts back and forth"
4/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

Calendly is most valuable for how flexible it is around scheduling logic. The ability to create different event types, each with its own rules, availability, and conditions, makes it easy to handle a wide range of use cases w/o manual coordination. The advanced settings (buffers, limits, availability controls) are useful since I have different needs and types of external meetings. They allow me to protect my time, avoid overbooking, and adapt scheduling rules to different stakeholders and contexts.

Overall, it reduced back and forth, removed friction from coordination, and made scheduling predictable and scalable, especially in environments, like mine, where calendars are already overloaded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Nothing major. It's a simple tool that does one thing. However, I prefer these days to use AI in my calendar. Calendly doesn’t provide much context around meetings themselves, which means it often needs to be paired with other tools for preparation or follow-up, and for rearranging everything. "Efficient Scheduling with Seamless Google Integration"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I use Calendly to schedule calls and meeting times like over a Zoom call or Microsoft Teams call for work, which helps me stay organized in terms of the daily schedule and what I need to get done. I like that it integrates with Google to set up reminders for when I'm gonna get a call or when I need to make a call and who I need to make it to. It’s really helpful that whether it's through my Gmail on my laptop or on my Android smartphone, it sends push notifications to remind me when somebody's calling or when I need to call someone. Also, the initial setup was very easy because it came already installed on my work computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Occasionally, it doesn't recognize certain email invites like through Yahoo Mail. It doesn't integrate well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Scheduling, Streamlined Workflow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I mainly use Calendly to simplify scheduling meetings without the usual back and forth over email. It helps me share my availability with prospects and clients so they can pick a time that works for them. I love how effortless it is, removing friction from scheduling. My favorite feature is the ability to share a simple booking link with real-time availability. It saves a lot of time and avoids the usual back and forth emails. Prospects can instantly pick a slot that works for them, which makes the whole experience smooth and professional. I have it connected with my Google Calendar, so all bookings are automatically blocked and synced in real time. I use it with Google Meet as well and have it paired with Salesforce to keep track of meetings. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

I guess when dealing with multiple stakeholders or round-robin meetings, the setup can feel a bit rigid and take extra effort to configure properly, it works but not always as smoothly as you'd expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Scheduling, Saves Time Effortlessly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I genuinely appreciate how Calendly saves me time by eliminating the back-and-forth usually needed to find a suitable meeting time. All I do is share my calendar link, and it's seamless since it connects with my calendar, preventing double bookings. It's simple, easy, and pretty intuitive to create and share events. I mainly use the plain simple calendar links which are a 10/10 for me and save time, especially for someone in sales like me where saved time equals faster deal closure. The initial setup was seamless and pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

It would be phenomenal if there's an option to use voice as dictation for the event type to let them know what time slots are free. Sometimes you're juggling between two calendars, and since Calendly is connected to one, the manual process of choosing the available time slots or blocking non-available times is a little thing that can be improved upon. "Effortless Scheduling That Saves Time and Boosts Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

What I appreciate most about Calendly is how it removes the hassle of back-and-forth emails by streamlining the scheduling process and making it automatic. It integrates smoothly with my calendar, adheres to my availability preferences, and enables others to book meetings with just a few clicks. This not only saves time and minimizes unnecessary complications but also helps keep meetings well-organized and efficient, allowing me to concentrate on more meaningful tasks rather than getting bogged down by logistics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

One aspect I dislike about Calendly is that many of the advanced features are only available with paid plans. Although the free version is helpful, its customization options, integrations, and workflow automations are somewhat restricted unless you choose to upgrade. This limitation can make Calendly feel less adaptable for more complex scheduling requirements unless you are willing to pay extra. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Scheduling and Seamless Integrations Elevate Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

The main upsides of Calendly are automating scheduling to save significant time, reducing back-and-forth emails, improving professionalism with easy booking, minimizing no-shows through automated reminders, and offering robust integrations (Zoom, Google/Outlook Calendar) and advanced team features like routing and round-robin scheduling, all accessible through a user-friendly interface with a free basic plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Calendly's downsides include costs for advanced features, limited customization for complex rules, potential technical glitches like timezone errors or sync issues, dependency on technology, and a perception by some that it hinders personal relationship-building or gives clients too much control, while lacking robust built-in features like advanced lead routing or CRM functions, requiring reliance on integrations. "Manage Appointments Without Hassle"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

What I like best about Calendly is how well it fits into my daily work routine. I work as a Dietician & manage a homeopathy clinic and handle educational consultations. Calendly is easy to use and doesn’t require much effort to set up.

I use it regularly to manage consultations and follow ups, and it helps keep my schedule clear and organized. It has the right set of features for work, such as booking links, calendar sync, and automatic reminder emails, which reduce missed appointments. It also integrates smoothly with my calendar and Google Meet, making online consultations simple. Overall, Calendly saves time, reduces manual coordination, and supports my work in a practical and professional way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Sometimes Calendly feels a bit limited when my schedule becomes busy. Setting up more detailed rules like buffer time between appointments or different availability for clinic and online consultations can take some extra time to adjust. Also, some useful options are available only in paid plans, which may feel restrictive for small practices. These are not major issues, but they can slow down work slightly at times. "Calendar Management at its finest!"
5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

The integration of my Google calendar into Calendly has made my daily workflow manageable! No matter how the appointment was placed on my calendar, Calendly adds buffers, blocks double-booking and manages the workflow of my clients. It’s my literal virtual assistant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

If I had to choose, I would say paying per user. I have contractors who only use it for a certain number of times and then I cancel it after they are done. If I had my way, I would say to charge per appointment they are on? Who knows? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
