"Flawless Multi-Calendar Sync and Routing Forms for High-Value Meetings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

The seamless user experience and universal adoption are its biggest strengths. The real time sync across multiple calendars (Google, Outlook, iCloud) is flawless, virtually eliminating double-bookings. The Routing Forms are also excellent, allowing you to qualify leads before they ever touch your calendar, ensuring you only spend time on high value conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Nothing much, but if I have to put something out; the branding and customization options are quite limited on lower-tier plans. Also, while the UI is clean for the booker, the admin backend can feel a bit rigid when trying to set up complex team based "Round Robin" rules or multi-step automated workflows compared to newer, more flexible competitors. "Super Easy to Use, Intuitive Scheduling with Solid Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

Calendly is super easy to use. The interface feels very intuitive, and it’s always easy to find what I’m looking for. The integrations work great, performance has been solid, and the pricing seems okay for what it offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

I feel like the free version would be better if it included at least one email reminder, or at least one way to set a reminder. Right now I have to upgrade and pay, and that’s the only feature I actually need from the upgraded version. I don’t use any of the other features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It was my first choice for the perfect and easy to use scheduler and years later. It still is."
5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

Best tool for booking consultation calls. It’s easy to set up meeting reminders, and it’s just as easy to create your own custom booking link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Calendly has improved a lot, and I’ve been using it for a long time. I do wish we could store meeting recording links, or have more editing options to better personalize the meetings that were booked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A simple and reliable tool for scheduling meetings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

What I like most about Calendly is how simple it makes scheduling meetings. Instead of going back and forth through emails trying to find a time that works, I can just share my scheduling link and the other person can pick a convenient slot. It saves a lot of time and keeps everything organized. I also like that it integrates with my calendar and automatically blocks unavailable times, which helps avoid double bookings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

One small downside is that some useful features are only available in the paid plans, so the free version can feel a bit limited if you need more advanced scheduling options. It’s still a great tool overall, but having a few more features available in the free tier would make it even better.D Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple to Use and Easy to Set Up for Calendaring & Booking"
4/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

It a very simple to use piece of software. One of the easiest to set up and run for basic calendaring and booking. Integrates with your standard calendars and video conferencing like outlook/google/exchange/zoom/teams/webex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

We don't love that we cannot double book appointments. I know they have group appointments and team scheduling but we wanted round robin staff members to look at each of their appointments and decide whether they want to double book that spot so they'd have two appointments at the same time. Many companies do this as a way to deal with rising no-show rates. We send a confirmation text for each appointment and if the lead doesn't respond then we double book the spot. In order to do this, we had to move to a different solution because it just couldn't work in Calendly. As a result we now use both Calendly and Oncehub. We also wish it integrated with our CRM (keap), though we work around it using Zapier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Calendly: Best-in-Class Scheduling with All the Integrations We Need"
4/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I think that Calendly is the best scheduling tool out there as far as having all of the integrations that I need and for me to oversee my team and their schedules. Customer support is great - very friendly, helpful, and prompt. It is easy to integrate into our existing tools. We use it extremely often, on a weekly basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Calendly is not always user-friendly, especially for people who are not tech-savvy. I do not struggle with using the platform, but a few people on my team do because they find that what they are looking for is not always in the most intuitive spot. Sometimes, despite marking themselves as busy on their calendar, Calendly still presents those dates/times as options for booking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Calendar Sync and Shareable Links for Seamless Client Scheduling"
5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I like that I can sync my calendars to it and that it clearly shows my availability. It made it so much easier not to have to manually enter my schedule into Calendly. I also like having a link that’s easy to share with prospective and current clients so they can seamlessly set up meetings. With the paid option, I can create different links for different types of meetings, which helps me prepare appropriately for each one. It only took a few minutes to set up, and I really appreciated that. When I needed to contact customer support, they were responsive and provided solutions quickly. I didn't have to wait for days for them to respond. I don't log in frequently because I don't need to. It is always functioning the way it needs to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

I haven't had great luck syncing it with my zoom account so I can just have my zoom meeting info sent to the client. It would be nice if they made that easier to use. I also don't like that I can't see how many people have signed up for a webinar type meeting, even though it appears that there is that functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Scheduling with Seamless Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I love how Calendly integrates directly with my Google Calendar, Zoom, and Meet. The notification features before meetings for reminders are mind-blowing. I appreciate that I don't have to worry about creating a Zoom link after getting an appointment, as this tool does it for me very smoothly. It's also great that I don't have to manually send Zoom links or do follow-ups; everything is on this tool. I'd rate the initial setup a 10/10, and I'm highly likely to recommend Calendly to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

You can give a generous option for follow-up emails in free plans too. Just the follow-up reminder email part will be a big addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Scheduling with Simple Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I use Calendly mainly for booking appointments and scheduling meetings at appropriate times. I like its real-time interaction capabilities, which help manage engagements without the hassle of back-and-forth messaging like on WhatsApp. The customization options are great and work well even on an iPad. I find tracking features valuable for automatic replies and integrating with business workflows, which improves client impressions. I appreciate Calendly's integration features, like embedding on a website, allowing people to book slots directly. The integrations are pretty simple and can be set up within a few hours or a day, making it flexible to use. Overall, it's very easy to set up, just requiring configuration of some steps before being ready to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

A lot of features related to notifications and such things are not available in the trial version. They only have some flexibility for that in the paid version. Also, it would be helpful to have a feature where the meetings happening on Calendly could be tracked and converted into a form or PDF for review later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Appointment Scheduling, Perfect for Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I use Calendly to manage all my client appointments, and it really helps me see which spaces I have free. I love having the facility to share my schedule with other people, and they can schedule directly through the website. This feature means I don't need to manually send times for my clients to choose; they can see and select the best times for them right from the site. The setup was really easy, and thanks to Calendly, I experience great schedule management with more time control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Maybe being able to add some tools like having video calls directly from Calendly? Or share my Teams link directly on the meeting confirmation email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
