3.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

It is easy to use and intuitive, and it’s also very customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

They don’t offer a blocking feature for email addresses that continuously make bookings. Setup can also be tricky and often takes some trial and error to get everything working the way you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlining my calendar and client meetings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

What I like best about Calendly is how incredibly easy it is to use and implement. Within minutes, I had it up and running, no complicated setup, no training required, just straightforward and intuitive. I use Calendly daily across my different businesses, and it’s become an essential tool for managing meetings, mentoring sessions and event bookings.

The integration with calendars, video platforms and CRMs is seamless, saving hours of admin time. I also appreciate the range of features, from automated reminders to custom meeting types; everything feels well thought out and practical. On the rare occasion I’ve needed support, the customer service team have been quick, responsive and genuinely helpful.

Calendly makes my life easier and provides a professional edge, and that’s why it’s part of my everyday software app toolkit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

There’s very little to dislike about Calendly, but if I had to pick something, it would be that some of the more advanced features are locked behind the higher-tier plans. It’s completely understandable given the value it delivers, but for smaller teams or individual users, it can feel a bit limiting.

Occasionally, integrations with third-party tools need a quick refresh or reauthorisation, like my Microsoft 365 integration, but that’s a minor issue and usually fixed in seconds. Overall, these are small trade-offs for the time and efficiency Calendly provides to my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Scheduling with Seamless Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I use Calendly to simplify scheduling without the back-and-forth emails. It allows me to share my availability through a single link, making it easier for others to book meetings at times that work for both of us. What I like most about Calendly is how effortless it makes scheduling. Sharing a single booking link instead of coordinating over multiple emails saves a huge amount of time. One thing that works especially well with Calendly is how reliable and intuitive the overall experience is. The interface is clean and easy to use, both for the person scheduling and the person booking the meeting. I use Calendly alongside other tools to make scheduling more seamless. It integrates smoothly with my calendar (like Google Calendar), ensuring availability is always up to date and preventing double bookings. The initial setup of Calendly was very easy for both me and my team. Connecting calendars, setting availability, and creating event types only took a few minutes, and the interface made each step intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

One area where Calendly could be improved is in its customization options on the free plan, which feel a bit limited. Some advanced features—like deeper branding controls, multiple event types, or more complex workflows—are locked behind paid tiers, which may not be ideal for occasional or individual users. "Streamlined Scheduling with Calendly, Minimal Effort Required"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I use Calendly to schedule meetings and calls without back-and-forth emails. It helps me share my availability easily so others can book time with me for interviews, client calls, demos, and team meetings. Calendly automatically syncs with my calendar, saves time, and ensures there are no scheduling conflicts. What I like most about Calendly is how simple and reliable it is. The clean interface makes it very easy to set up availability and share a booking link. I also really like the automatic calendar syncing, time zone detection, and email reminders, which remove manual work and reduce no-shows. One feature I find particularly valuable in Calendly is the automatic calendar syncing with real-time availability. It ensures that only free time slots are shown to others, which completely eliminates double bookings. This feature enhances my experience by making scheduling accurate and stress-free, saving time for both me and the people booking meetings. The initial setup of Calendly was very easy and quick. Creating an account, connecting my calendar, and setting availability took only a few minutes. The step-by-step guidance made the process straightforward, even without prior experience, so I was able to start scheduling meetings almost immediately. I use Calendly alongside tools like Google Calendar for day-to-day scheduling and Zoom for virtual meetings. The integrations work smoothly, automatically syncing events and adding meeting links, which helps keep everything organized and saves time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Calendly could be improved is the limitation of features in the free plan, as many advanced options like multiple event types and deeper integrations are locked behind paid tiers. The customization options for booking pages and email notifications are also somewhat limited unless you upgrade. Additionally, managing complex scheduling rules can feel a bit restrictive for advanced use cases. Overall, it works very well, but offering more flexibility in the lower plans would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Scheduling Efficiency with Seamless Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Calendly?

I use Calendly mainly to create my own meeting schedule links for different businesses and manage my team's meetings. It effectively manages my time by automating the meeting information and allows me to book more calls by integrating with LinkedIn and other platforms. I like the integration with Google Workspace, which lets me manage calls with separate customized links for each. Calendly creates automatic meeting links and shares them with the receiver, including a confirmation, which decreases my manual tasks. The feature that lets founders explore my LinkedIn profile and book calls directly is really beneficial. I also appreciate the effective workflows and routing in Calendly. I preferred switching to Calendly for its more numerous features for appointment scheduling, better integration, and wider scope. The initial setup was simple through a Google sign-in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

There is nothing I particularly dislike about Calendly. Everything works well, except for the mobile features. There could be slight improvements there, but overall it works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Calendly?

The OG of schedulers – just so easy to use and share Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Don't love that I have to expand for more options when creating events, most of the hidden options are pretty basic and should be in the default view Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
