## Calendly Reviews
 ### 1. Automated call scheduling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I really like the improvements to Calendly Routing Forms, which automatically direct invitees to the right meeting type or team member based on their responses. The expanded workflow automation is also very useful, allowing automatic reminders, follow-up emails, and notifications without manual effort. Another feature I've found valuable is the deeper integrations with CRM and collaboration tools, making it easier to keep meeting scheduling, customer information, and team communication synchronized in one workflow.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

No native integration with project management or test management tools. Lack of advanced routing logic, can't automatically assign meetings to team members based on expertise or workload.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly's webhook-triggered automation has eliminated manual test scheduling overhead. When stakeholders book debugging sessions, our system automatically provisions test environments, creates JIRA tickets, and notifies relevant engineers - saving 20 minutes per meeting. The Salesforce integration surfaces customer impact data during bug triage scheduling, helping prioritise critical sessions. Multi-host round-robin with skill-based routing ensures Python automation issues reach our Python SDETs, while mobile bugs route to Appium specialists. This intelligent distribution reduced our average bug resolution time

 ### 2. Flexible scheduling logic that cuts back and forth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samanta J. | Head of Talent Acquisition, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly is most valuable for how flexible it is around scheduling logic. The ability to create different event types, each with its own rules, availability, and conditions, makes it easy to handle a wide range of use cases w/o manual coordination. The advanced settings (buffers, limits, availability controls) are useful since I have different needs and types of external meetings. They allow me to protect my time, avoid overbooking, and adapt scheduling rules to different stakeholders and contexts.

Overall, it reduced back and forth, removed friction from coordination, and made scheduling predictable and scalable, especially in environments, like mine, where calendars are already overloaded.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Nothing major. It's a simple tool that does one thing. However, I prefer these days to use AI in my calendar. Calendly doesn’t provide much context around meetings themselves, which means it often needs to be paired with other tools for preparation or follow-up, and for rearranging everything.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the problem of manual scheduling and the constant back and forth required to find meeting times - with all the time we waste on it. By automating availability sharing and booking rules, it removes a significant amount of coordination overhead.

In practice, this made it easier to schedule conversations quickly and avoid calendar conflicts. The ability to enforce rules around buffers, limits, and availability helped keep calendars manageable, even with a high volume of meetings. As a result, it saved time, reduced friction in communication, and allowed the team to focus on the actual content of meetings rather than logistics.

 ### 3. Effortless Scheduling and Seamless Integrations Elevate Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tommy C. | Customer Care Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

The main upsides of Calendly are automating scheduling to save significant time, reducing back-and-forth emails, improving professionalism with easy booking, minimizing no-shows through automated reminders, and offering robust integrations (Zoom, Google/Outlook Calendar) and advanced team features like routing and round-robin scheduling, all accessible through a user-friendly interface with a free basic plan.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Calendly's downsides include costs for advanced features, limited customization for complex rules, potential technical glitches like timezone errors or sync issues, dependency on technology, and a perception by some that it hinders personal relationship-building or gives clients too much control, while lacking robust built-in features like advanced lead routing or CRM functions, requiring reliance on integrations.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves problems like endless email chains for scheduling, time zone confusion, missed appointments, manual calendar updates, and inconsistent meeting communication by automating booking, setting availability, sending reminders, and integrating with calendars, saving significant time and friction for individuals and teams in sales, recruiting, and general business.

 ### 4. Scheduling Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan G. | New Business Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly helps with meeting times and bookings when you are available and when you're not. Definitely a must use when scheduling demos and other time sensitive meetings!

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Currently, the ‘Create and Share’ workflow for Managed Events uses a generic email script that we can’t edit. This creates friction for our users who have to manually rewrite the email every time they send a one-time link. We need the ability to prepopulate custom text for these specific single-use invitations.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the problem of our team having to reach out to potential customers and scheduling everything oursleves. Now we can just send out a link that people can click on to schedule their own time, and Calendly works for us 24/7!

 ### 5. Effortless Scheduling and Seamless Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aman S. | Performance Marketing Head, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

What I like best about Calendly is how effortlessly it removes the back-and-forth from scheduling. Sharing a single link lets people book time based on real-time availability, which saves a lot of time and avoids confusion. The calendar integrations work smoothly, time zone detection is accurate, and the overall interface is clean and easy for anyone to use without explanation.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

What I dislike about Calendly is that many useful features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can feel limiting for growing teams. Occasionally, calendar sync delays can happen, and the reporting and analytics options are fairly basic compared to what advanced users or teams might expect.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the problem of manual, back-and-forth scheduling and time zone confusion when setting up meetings. By automating availability sharing and bookings, it saves significant time, reduces scheduling errors, and makes it easier to book meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams. This has helped us streamline coordination, improve response times, and focus more on productive work instead of administrative tasks.

 ### 6. Calendly changed the way I schedule — for the better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennae P. | Founder, Branding Coach & Designer, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly makes scheduling calls and appointments for my business incredibly easy. I can set up different types of appointments and even accept payments, and set up an availability calendar that works across different events, so I don't have to make myself unavailable 5 different times. I was able to integrate it in my website incredibly easily as well. I truly can't imagine using anything else.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I wish it could be integrated with more payment processors, but that is literally my only complaint. All the other features have been useful and helpful.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I require discovery calls to learn how to best help potential clients in my brand strategy and design business, because I've found that real-time conversations help me to convert faster. I've been using Calendly since I started offering these calls, and I've watched the tools and features improve over time. It is an invaluable part of the way I do busines.

 ### 7. Best Calendar for online appointment booking for your clients!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek A. | EA to CEO, Architecture & Planning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly so far has been great and I am still using calendly. I have more bookings now and I even embedded it on my website, so this embedding has helped me to share my booking page directly from my website. This shows a sense of professionalism to my clients.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

In the new era of AI, I think calendly should have more AI features which is missing right now with Calendly. So they should work more on this.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding the time on someone's schedule and then hoping them to honor the time is really challenging. Calendly booking makes it easy to book the time and makes sure there is no double booking at the same time. Also I can check my calendar for appointments and I keep getting reminders so I do not miss my appointments. So i think this was a big challenge that Calendly is solving for small business like me.

 ### 8. Makes Booking Meetings Effortless

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krishna M. | Full stack developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly takes away the back-and-forth of finding a meeting time. I just share my link, and people pick a slot that fits their schedule. It automatically adds the event to my calendar and sends reminders, so I never miss a meeting. It’s clean, easy to use, and saves a lot of time every week.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Sometimes I wish there were a few more customization options for the free plan, like adding my company logo or adjusting the reminder message. Other than that, it works really smoothly.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly saves me from the endless back-and-forth of trying to find a meeting time. It automatically handles time zones, sends reminders, and keeps my schedule organized. I don’t have to worry about double bookings anymore, and it helps me manage my day with less stress and more focus on actual work.

 ### 9. Best Software for Scheduling Appointments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Namarata G. | Assistant Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly’s new updates have made it the entire scheduling experience smarter and smoother. The redesigned navigation makes it easy to locate things and live preview helps me see how my booking page looks like. The new workflows, holiday blocking, and improved contacts view has made planning a breeze for me.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Calendly can introduce some more advanced features in free version. It can improve scrolling and scrolling issue on smaller screens. Calendly team should also look into spammy meetings.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Calendly extensively to set and schedule interviews, online appointments, proposal meetings, and sales presentation purposes. It helps me create individual and group meetings and lets me choose the medium of my choice from in-person, Zoom, Google Meet etc. Calendly has helped me reduce the hassle of setting appointments manually and taking continuous follow-ups via emails and calls.

 ### 10. Easy Registration, But Lacks Service and Agency Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

the easy way to register and implementation and a lot of functionalities to individualize

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

customer support very thin and no agency features

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the easy way of finding the right time for an appiontment and calendly makes it easy to look professional with reminder mails etc

 ### 11. Easy-to-use software for meeting scheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna B. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

The setup process is straightforward, and the interface is easy to navigate for both the scheduler and the invitee. It integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Stripe, and PayPal, which helps automate various workflows. Additionally, there is a functional free basic plan available.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Some of the more advanced features, as well as the initial setup process, can be confusing or may involve additional steps. The free version only allows for a single event type and does not include reminders. There is also no built-in integration with Apple Calendar. If you have a large team, the cost of paid plans can add up quickly.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool is useful for saving time when planning a meeting.

 ### 12. Effortless Scheduling with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajay N. | Own, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I use Calendly to simplify scheduling without the back-and-forth emails. It allows me to share my availability through a single link, making it easier for others to book meetings at times that work for both of us. What I like most about Calendly is how effortless it makes scheduling. Sharing a single booking link instead of coordinating over multiple emails saves a huge amount of time. One thing that works especially well with Calendly is how reliable and intuitive the overall experience is. The interface is clean and easy to use, both for the person scheduling and the person booking the meeting. I use Calendly alongside other tools to make scheduling more seamless. It integrates smoothly with my calendar (like Google Calendar), ensuring availability is always up to date and preventing double bookings. The initial setup of Calendly was very easy for both me and my team. Connecting calendars, setting availability, and creating event types only took a few minutes, and the interface made each step intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

One area where Calendly could be improved is in its customization options on the free plan, which feel a bit limited. Some advanced features—like deeper branding controls, multiple event types, or more complex workflows—are locked behind paid tiers, which may not be ideal for occasional or individual users.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly simplifies scheduling by eliminating back-and-forth emails. I share my availability with a link, and others can book suitable times, saving time and effort. Its intuitive interface and reliable experience enhance user efficiency.

 ### 13. Streamlined Scheduling with Calendly, Minimal Effort Required

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** P. D.

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I use Calendly to schedule meetings and calls without back-and-forth emails. It helps me share my availability easily so others can book time with me for interviews, client calls, demos, and team meetings. Calendly automatically syncs with my calendar, saves time, and ensures there are no scheduling conflicts. What I like most about Calendly is how simple and reliable it is. The clean interface makes it very easy to set up availability and share a booking link. I also really like the automatic calendar syncing, time zone detection, and email reminders, which remove manual work and reduce no-shows. One feature I find particularly valuable in Calendly is the automatic calendar syncing with real-time availability. It ensures that only free time slots are shown to others, which completely eliminates double bookings. This feature enhances my experience by making scheduling accurate and stress-free, saving time for both me and the people booking meetings. The initial setup of Calendly was very easy and quick. Creating an account, connecting my calendar, and setting availability took only a few minutes. The step-by-step guidance made the process straightforward, even without prior experience, so I was able to start scheduling meetings almost immediately. I use Calendly alongside tools like Google Calendar for day-to-day scheduling and Zoom for virtual meetings. The integrations work smoothly, automatically syncing events and adding meeting links, which helps keep everything organized and saves time.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Calendly could be improved is the limitation of features in the free plan, as many advanced options like multiple event types and deeper integrations are locked behind paid tiers. The customization options for booking pages and email notifications are also somewhat limited unless you upgrade. Additionally, managing complex scheduling rules can feel a bit restrictive for advanced use cases. Overall, it works very well, but offering more flexibility in the lower plans would make it even better.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to schedule meetings without back-and-forth emails, preventing double bookings by syncing with my calendar. It handles time zones automatically, sends reminders, and makes scheduling faster and stress-free while saving time.

 ### 14. Boosts Scheduling Efficiency with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swastik Swoyaam M.

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I use Calendly mainly to create my own meeting schedule links for different businesses and manage my team's meetings. It effectively manages my time by automating the meeting information and allows me to book more calls by integrating with LinkedIn and other platforms. I like the integration with Google Workspace, which lets me manage calls with separate customized links for each. Calendly creates automatic meeting links and shares them with the receiver, including a confirmation, which decreases my manual tasks. The feature that lets founders explore my LinkedIn profile and book calls directly is really beneficial. I also appreciate the effective workflows and routing in Calendly. I preferred switching to Calendly for its more numerous features for appointment scheduling, better integration, and wider scope. The initial setup was simple through a Google sign-in.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

There is nothing I particularly dislike about Calendly. Everything works well, except for the mobile features. There could be slight improvements there, but overall it works great.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to manage my time effectively, as it automates booking and meeting information. It enables more calls with founders by integrating with LinkedIn, creating and sharing automatic meeting links, which reduces my manual effort.

 ### 15. Easy to Use with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ganapathi K. | Associate Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I really like that Calendly is a very simple product that's easy to use and not confusing at all. It syncs really well with Google Calendar, which is a huge plus for me. What's also great is that I can customize forms and capture more information, like understanding where a customer is coming from or their potential problems, by creating specific questions. Embedding Calendly into our website is a seamless process, as it opens up a form-like structure that reduces friction for users booking a demo, making everything smooth. We've been using their free plan, which has been pretty much helpful for us since we have lower volumes and our use cases don't require a paid plan. Besides, the initial setup is straightforward and customer-friendly, without needing any training, and I was able to set everything up in less than thirty minutes.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I think there are a few roadblocks, like syncing across multiple calendars is where I have a problem, but they are solved in a paid plan, so I can't really say they're a problem. I'd love to see something like an AI note writer or a transcribe transcript feature for meetings booked through Calendly to add more value. It's like a feature idea that could be easily integrated.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly simplifies booking and managing demos. It's easy to use, syncs with Google Calendar, customizes forms, and reduces booking friction. No need to manually check schedules, potential clients book directly via our site, providing more context beforehand.

 ### 16. Effortless Scheduling with Brilliant Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 11 Amit D. | UK & EU Information Technology Recruiter , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I mostly use Calendly for managing my calendar and scheduling interviews. It's possibly the easiest tool to use, simplifying my work. If I had to pick the best thing about Calendly, it is the 'Buffer Time' feature. While the basic scheduling is great, the ability to automatically force breaks between meetings is what actually saves my sanity. You can set Calendly to automatically add a 10, 15, or 30-minute gap before or after every meeting, making 'back-to-back' meetings impossible. This feature ensures I don't have to rush off calls and protects my energy. I also found the initial setup quite easy and straightforward, with the support team being responsive and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

As much as I like the buffer and time zone features, Calendly is definitely not perfect. There are some specific "friction points" that frustrate users, especially if you are on the Free plan. The "Free Plan" Cliff: The free version is great for a hobbyist, but it hits a hard wall very quickly for a professional. The Issue: You are limited to one event type. You cannot have a "15-min chat" and a "1-hour deep dive" link active at the same time. You have to constantly toggle them on and off or upgrade. The Annoyance: You also can't remove the "Powered by Calendly" branding on the free plan, which can look a bit less professional if you are trying to impress a high-value client.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mostly use Calendly for managing my calendar and scheduling interviews. It simplifies my work, and the 'Buffer Time' feature saves my sanity by ensuring I have breaks between meetings.

 ### 17. Automatic Calendar Sync That Keeps My Schedule Perfectly Booked

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

The best part is how it syncs with my calendar automatically. Once a client books a slot, it appears on my phone immediately, anf time is blocked ofd so nobody else can book it.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The worst part is that the free version only allows one meeting type.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly stops the back and forth emails when trying to pick meeting time. It lets clients see my available slots and book a call instantly, which saves me time and keeps my calendar organized.

 ### 18. Essential Scheduling Tool with Effortless Setup

The initial setup was really easy, which was a bonus.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I'd like more flexibility and some features are locked behind paid plans

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to schedule meetings without back-and-forth emails. It solves the constant back-and-forth scheduling issues, saves a lot of time with booking links, and streamlines the email process to clients.

 ### 19. Effortless Scheduling That Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash M. | CTO, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

What I like best about Calendly is how simple it makes scheduling. Instead of endless email exchanges, I can just share my link and let others pick a time that works for them. The integration with Google Calendar is seamless, and I appreciate the reminders it sends - it reduces no-shows. It feels professional, saves time, and creates a smooth experience for both me and the people booking with me

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The main drawback with Calendly is that some of the more useful features, like advanced integrations and customization, are locked behind the paid plans. For smaller teams or individual users, the free version can feel a bit limited. Also, first-time users sometimes find it a little confusing to set up their availability. Other than that, once it’s set up, it works smoothly.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the constant back-and-forth of trying to find a meeting time that works for everyone. By simply sharing a link, I let others book directly based on my availability, which saves a huge amount of time and reduces scheduling conflicts. ### 22. Scheduling Made Easy with Multiple Links and Custom Availability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theodora C. | Customer Succes Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

The fact that you can create multiple links with different availability set for each link. It makes scheduling the meetings with my customers an actual breeze.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The only thing that bothers me a lot is that I do not have some sort of analytics on how many links were used out of the ones I created. Having a bit more customisation on the appearance would also be nice.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help me provide my availability to my customers and makes scheduling the meetings with them really easy.

 ### 23. Streamlines Scheduling, But Pricing Could Be Clearer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varly S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I love how Calendly simplifies the process of scheduling meetings by eliminating the back-and-forth communication. By simply sharing a link, my clients can choose their preferred time slots, and my calendar is automatically updated, making meeting coordination much less stressful. I appreciate that I don't have to worry about time zones or missed slots because once I set my hours, Calendly takes care of everything. The automatic time zone detection is particularly useful, as it displays the correct time to my guests based on their locations, saving me from a lot of confusion. Additionally, the initial setup process was smooth, making it easy for me to start using the product without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Some parts of Calendly feel limiting for me. Pricing tiers also lock certain useful features behind upgrades, which makes simple needs feel more expensive than they should be.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to eliminate scheduling back and forth, handling client calls, and ensuring seamless time zone management, making meetings stress-free with automatic calendar updates.

 ### 24. Recommended | A must for Businesses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anam A. | RevOps and CRM Specialist, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly saves so much time for teams that need to constantly connect with clients-whether in sales or customer support.
What I like best:
- It saves so much time. Earlier people used to exchange so many emails just to find one slot. Now - with a single link, you can schedule a meeting, send follow-up emails, and have everything automatically synced in one place.
- Very easy integration with website and CRMs.
- Good customer support.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

For low-tier plans - features are very limited. It can get a little pricey if one needs to do customisation.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a book a demo page on our website. That's linked with Calendly, it helps us bring leads by properly integrating it with sales team calendars.
Our key account managers team uses it on daily basis to book meetings with customers - no back and forth emails, they just share an email with link - and boom, all the work is done.
I love it!

 ### 26. Efficient Appointment Management, Branding Issues in Free Version

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravi S.

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I like Calendly's reminder feature. After booking a call, we get automatic reminders. It really stands out for me.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I don't like the branding in the free version of Calendly. It shows Calendly branding in the calendar, and I think that could be changed. Also, the initial setup was not easy because when asking for a phone number to allow someone to book a call, there isn't a direct feature to get the phone number. There should be another option to add one more form feature, which makes it a bit complex.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly helped me to arrange my calendar, and send reminders automatically when someone books a call. It keeps everything organized.

 ### 27. Huge Time Saver for my customer meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit P. | Software Engineer - ServiceNow, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I work in Customer Success, and I regularly set up meetings with our customers. Calendly has made this super easy; I just share my link, and customers can pick a time that works for them. Since it’s connected to my Outlook calendar, I don’t have to worry about double bookings.

I also like that it has different options like Teams, Zoom, and more. It’s packed with useful features like setting up one-time meetings, choosing a custom date range, adding questions etc.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

One thing I’d like to see improved is the ability to delete a link after I’ve shared it with a customer; sometimes plans change, and it would be helpful to delete shared link. Also, the Analytics section could be better - I’d love to see more reports.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling regular meetings with customer easily without worrying too much about my calendar.

 ### 28. A great time-saver and organizational tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** stella s. | Social Media & Outreach Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

like that Calendly saves me time by eliminating the back-and-forth of scheduling and gives a professional touch with its clean booking pages. An upside is how easy it is to customize my availability, create different types of meetings, and have everything sync automatically with my calendar and video platforms. The automated reminders and confirmations are also really helpful for keeping myself organized.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Sometimes I feel that sending a Calendly link can come across as a little impersonal if there isn’t any context. I also find that many of the best features, like multiple event types and advanced integrations, are locked behind the paid plan, so I'm unable to use it to its full potential. Setting up customization and workflows can feel a bit clunky at first, and while it usually handles time zones well, there can still be occasional confusion. The free plan is also quite limited.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, Calendly solves the problem of back-and-forth scheduling by allowing others to book time directly based on my availability, which saves me a lot of time and reduces email clutter or scheduling mishaps. It also eliminates double-bookings since it syncs automatically with my calendar, and the reminders help cut down on no-shows. I feel as though the biggest benefit is efficiency. I can focus on the actual meeting or task at hand instead of wasting energy coordinating schedules.

 ### 29. Makes scheduling effortless and stress-free

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pily U. | Creator Partnerships, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I love how easy and intuitive Calendly is to use, both for me and for the people booking with me. The automatic time zone adjustment, calendar syncing, and custom availability features have saved me hours of back-and-forth emails. It looks clean, professional, and makes me seem 10x more organized than I actually am.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I wish there were more customization options for branding visuals on the free or lower-tier plans. Sometimes it also takes a bit of trial and error to set up more advanced event types or workflows, especially when integrating with third-party tools like Zoom or Stripe.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly is solving the endless back-and-forth of “What time works for you?” emails. It eliminates the hassle of scheduling meetings, especially across time zones, and makes it super easy for clients or collaborators to book time with me. It’s helped me stay organized, look more professional, and ultimately save time so I can focus on actual work instead of calendar logistics.

 ### 30. Easy Scheduling and Seamless Client Coordination

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly is extremely useful for account management and client coordination. Sharing meeting links with the clients is simple, which removes back-and-forth emails that we used for scheduling. Customer support became easy and can be used for all emails, adding links in signatures daily.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Limited advanced features are available on higher plans, and reporting can be more detailed.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can easily book meetings based on the client's availability, and sharing this is removing all the chaos of going to Gmail, then adding an invite, then adding attendees, which is way complicated.

 ### 31. GREAT & EASY TO USE - Makes my Life more Scheduled!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ray D. | HOST - Deep Shallow Dive Podcast, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I love the ease of use, hands down. It’s clean, intuitive, and doesn’t make you jump through hoops just to set up a simple meeting link. The automation and workflows are like my backend assistant. It has really helped me schedule so many things, and make setting up meetings with people much simpler.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The main opportunity is to easily create (1) off meetings outside the set schedule. Right now, this requires multiple steps.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly primarily for two things: booking guests for my podcast, Deep Shallow Dive, and setting up 30-minute intro calls. For the podcast, it saves me from the endless back-and-forth that used to come with coordinating interviews. I just send the link, they pick a time, and it’s locked in. For intro calls—whether it's business development, networking, or vetting new opportunities—it makes the process frictionless and keeps my calendar sane.

 ### 32. Great scheduling software, but lacks multi-language support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lars B. | Lead Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly is a great, easy-to-use scheduling software with a fair pricing. It can do many things like support of hidden fields, routing etc.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

We're always using two languages and unfortunately, the only way Calendly suppors multi-languages is through dedicated event types. That means you always need to create two event types, one for each language. This is quite annoying because we cannot just use one event type. Not really up to standards, I would say.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Calendly for all our scheduling of user interviews. We send out Calendly links with hidden fields and variables to pre-fill as much data as possible through various sources: Salesforce emails, Intercom, in-app etc. It allows our users to schedule interviews at their own conveinince instead of emailing us back and forth. We're also using a confirmation email workflow to reduce no shows.

 ### 33. Fast efficient way to get bookings for teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nancy S. | Marketing Consultant, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly integrates well with the products it needs directly and through Zapier to tons of others. I use multiple calendar booking methods and this one gets used every day. The simple implementation makes it great for beginners, but it is the flexibility and power that makes it great for teams

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

They are very transparent about outages, and issues. Which is great for a seasoned user, but can be unnerving to a less experienced user. I also do not offer an affiliate program. Which as a solution provider... is quite dissapointing.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Calendly for clients Booking appointments online. I support a few different software platforms, and Calendly is the calendaring software platform that is used to book these calls directly with me.

 ### 34. Calendly makes scheduling easy!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I like how scheduling meetings has become effortless. Instead of the back and forth I can just send a link and our clients can schedule a meeting that works for you. It syncs with my calendar as well making it an effortless task.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

There’s not many things I dislike about Calendly except if you have multiple even types it can get a little cluttered.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves my time that I usually waste with back and forth emails, by making scheduling easy and quick.

 ### 35. Great scalable tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassandra B. | Sales and Customer Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

it's very easy to set up, it can be done in just a few minutes. As of now I've never need customer support, I use it on daily basis and nothing wrong has come up. I use the freemium version, it has a lot a useful features for which I pay nothing.

It's been really easy to integrate with my email and instagram page.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

the freemium version is short in some features such as reminders, email notification, add links to go to any other page once the appointment is done and confirmed. The monthly quota is a bit high for an entrepreneur, but you need it to get these features.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's been so helpful to manage my appointments, now I dont need to go back to my phone or personal calendar to double check my availability. I don't need to schedule my patients by hand, just send them the link to schedule themselves.

 ### 36. "Effortless Scheduling with Smart Google Meet Integration”

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Upendra Kumar S. | QA Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

1. Auto-generates Google Meet links.
2. Syncs with calendars in real-time.
3. Easy for candidates and teams to book slots.
4. Saves time for interviews and finance meetings.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

1. Very limited features on the free plan like no email reminders or multiple event types.
2. Customization options are only available in case of paid plans and not in free plan.
3. There is no built-in video recording or interview tracking.
4. Syncup issues with the external calenders if permissions are not set correctly.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Below are some problems which I feel Calendly solved:
1. Manual back-and-forth when scheduling meetings.
2. Lack of automation in setting up Google Meet links.
3. Time wasted in coordinating interviews or training sessions.

Benefits of using Calendly:
1. Saves time by letting others book based on real time availability.
2. Automatically adds Google Meet links to invites.
3. Simplifies scheduling for candidate interviews.

 ### 37. Why Calendly is My Go-To Scheduling Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

What I love most about Calendly is how it completely eliminates the annoying back-and-forth emails when scheduling meetings, I just share my link and people can instantly see my real-time availability and book time slots that automatically sync with my Google Calendar, while sending them helpful reminders so they don't forget our meeting, all in one beautifully simple system that even my least tech-savvy clients can use without any trouble.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The paid plans feel overpriced for solo users, and key features like group scheduling are locked behind higher tiers. The mobile app could be smoother, and customizing meeting types isn’t as flexible as I’d like.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly kills the endless "When are you free?" emails by letting people book meetings directly in my available slots—saving me hours of back-and-forth. It syncs with my calendar to avoid double-booking, sends automatic reminders to reduce no-shows, and even handles time zones seamlessly. For my team, it streamlines scheduling for interviews and client calls, making everyone more productive.

 ### 38. It works great for making and managing appointments

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mercades P. | Student Support Specialist, Higher Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I appreciate that there is a free version available, allowing users to meet their needs without any financial commitment. Additionally, I value the extra features that come with a paid subscription, such as the ability to send reminders and link forms.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I don't like that the free version doesn't have as many features, and sometimes it takes forever to load my calendar.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a go to place for my clients to schedule that reflects my availability.

 ### 39. Calendly helps reduce the back and forth for meetings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Once I set it up, people pick their own appointments. It is less time spent asking about each other's calendars.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Some of the features are not intuitive or user friendly. I wish there were easier ways to get to some of the elements or helpful tips like some websites/apps have.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The lack of time I have to see when people are free, what times I have available, and emailing them my Zoom link

 ### 40. Meeting booking process made really easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

What u like best about Calendly is how it helps me eliminate back and forth of scheduling. I just setup the process, send my link, and people pick a time that works for them. it's clean easy to use and syncs perfectly with my Calendar

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The Customization option feels a bit limited unless one is a paid plan, I also wish there were more branding controls and integrations available on the free tier.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the problem of scheduling and long email treads. It lets others book time based my real availability, which saves me time and reduces people not showing so in all it saves everyone of us our precious time, and it keeps our calendar organized.

 ### 41. Best for scheduling the calls

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

The easy ui makes the work very easy and convenient, and it is very easy to integrate with video conferencing software like MS Teams and Google Calendar.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The new ui seems to be a bit confusing, as sometimes creating a one time use link makes it difficult, as the previous one was just a toggle process. The rest is working well.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing the client meeting and giving them support session makes the processs very easy flow.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Easy and simple to use. You send the link and forget about everything else. Integrated with google calendar and use it daily. Good features and easy to implement too

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Would be great that event names created are a bit more intuitive. Plus, would be great to have multiple organizers to edit the invite. Lastly, the link feels like sending the problem to the other person so sometime people just send availability times.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bascially scheduling meetings seamlessly without having to check my availability

 ### 44. Calendly is the best option to save time and effort

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Calendly is the best option to save time and effort when scheduling meetings.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The free plan should offer a few more features.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Limited Features on Free Plan
Only supports one event type and lacks advanced options like workflows, reminders, or integrations

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling across time zones often leads to mistakes and missed meetings.

Automatically detects the invitee’s time zone and converts time accordingly.

 ### 48. Very useful tool that makes scheduling easier.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Translation and Localization | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I like how easy it is to setup. When I need to meet with a client or a client needs to meet with me, it's very simple to send a link and the client can pick the best time that works for them. Using Calendly saves me a lot of time and effort. Instead of back and forth emails, I can send one email and the customer can pick the best time for them.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I wish Calendly had a feature that allowed you to sync with coworkers schedules as well. Ideally, I would want to send a link to a client that also takes other co-workers google calendars into account. I don't know if this is possible or not, but is just a "minor wish" I had.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it much easier and quicker for me to schedule meetings with clients. Easier and simpler for both me and the client.

 ### 49. Difficult to change/update your payment information

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kasia R. | Integrative Transformation Life Coach + Natural Health Practitioner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

It was simple to set up but has limited features.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

It's a good thing I wasn't in a hurry with this issue because it took almost a week to hear back. I had to follow up with an email before I even received a response. My issue was not resolved. I never received the email that she sent apparently twice so that I could change my billing information. I did check my spam folder several times. I don't think it's the agent, she was polite when I did receive her emails. Honestly, I think it's Calendly's system. Are you guys understaffed? Your software should just give me the option to change my own billing information like literally every other software I use. I can log in and click update billing and I have access to all my own information. Making a user email support, wait god knows how long, follow up, wait for an email, and then still not receive it and not be able to change their payment information is RIDICULOUS. I used Calendly as my client booking system. If my payment method hadn't gone through in time and I would have lost service, that impacts my business. That's not ok with me. This is why I've gone with another calendar service.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client scheduling

 ### 50. A very helpful app for scheduling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I can schedule and management my departments onboarding calls to 300-400 new staff yearly and integrate it with Microsoft Teams and Zoom calls

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The round robin scheduling feature doesn't support team scheduling which would be a game changer.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My department onboards 300-400 new staff per year and we schedule face to face appointments to each of them. I manage the team and all the calls and we are able to schedule them through calendly with integrates them into our work calendars.
