I love that Calendly for G Suite is seamless. I immediately receive notifications once a customer books an event and it automatically populates on my Google calendar. Calendly for G Suite makes customer meetings so much easier to book. I don't have to worry about the times they see to book. As long as I have all meetings in GSuite, my Calendly is updated with only the times I am actually available. This cuts down on scheduling conflicts! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There was one time that I went to edit an event in GSuite that was set by Calendly and couldn't add guests. I have not run into this again and have been able to edit it but I wonder if there was a setting prior that blocked me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It saves so much time and hassle from coordinating meeting times. You can give people access to your Calendly link by putting it in your e-mail signature, website, or linking it in an email so people can choose a time of their choosing to meet with you. It gives you the option to choose meeting times, types, locations, as well as let's you block off certain times/day. It links to your calendar, so it will already account for and block off times for meetings/events you have scheduled. The free version is a bit limited, but it's still pretty amazing. Love it! There really aren't any cons from what I see. The free version is a bit limited, but you still get far more than what you pay for.
