What do you like best about Calendar?

The most helpful feature of calendar are notifications; it also syncs smoothly with other platforms. I use it with ClickUp and Google Calendar, so I never miss a thing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Calendar is a great way to Manage your time"

What do you like best about Calendar?

I like that I can manage all of my scheduled meetings and events and know exactly who is involved, when the events are, where they will be etc. i also love that I can synch all my calendars from different accounts I manage all in one place and have them display on my personal cellphone as well. I have my calendar set up to send me a reminder an hour before events as well as 10 and 2 minutes beforehand just in case I'm busy and forget. Such a great tool for self managing. What do you dislike about Calendar?

One thing I dislike about the calendar app is that training new people to use the app is not something that the app walks them through. Especially if they've had an account for a while they may have elected to skip over the tutorial so I end up having to give them a tutorial myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calendar solves my problem of managing my own personal time. It feels really good to wake up in the morning and know exactly what meetings I already have planned. You can block your time as large or as small as you'd like. And if an event is private to you, you can hide the details from your coworkers!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Calendar?

I use the recurring events a lot on Google Calendar, it helps me organize my weekly and monthly schedules.

I also like to change the color of my events, it provides an easy-to-read timetable.

But adding reminders that will pop up on my smartphone is the best, along with sending emails.

Another great feature is the auto-import for flight and hotel reservations from Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendar?

Importing external events (.ics files) is not that easy, I would like a better UX, for better interoperability.

I would also like a feature to sort events based on colors (vacation, work, health, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calendar helps me save time daily and keep track of my schedule, the interface is well designed and everything is synchronized to my Google account, on my phone and laptop.

Recurring events are good to help me be rigorous, for Dollar Cost Averaging in investment for instance.

What do you like best about Calendar?

Calendar syncs perfectly in different platforms. It can be used integrated to Notion and other organization software. It syncs easily with the Apple echosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendar?

Aesthetics could be better and it could be more intuitive. I would love to see and option for block scheduling and planning. Also, I would like to see more calendar accounts options to have it as a one destination option. However, I think it's a great software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Calendar?

Use of ease whether I am using a smartphone or am on my work laptop. Its interaction w/ Zoom calls also seems like a simple thing to integrate, but it works best w/ Calendar. There is a crowded market for these platforms, but Calendar again gets the job done where I am not looking into others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendar?

Every now and then, it'll crash, although this is pretty rare and a non-issue. Sometimes I will look for a saved calendar event but realize I saved it on personal versus my work setup (which is mostly user error and a slight inconvenience). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Calendar?

Calendar is very easy to use, intuitive, and integrates with nearly every add-on I need to keep me on schedule. It is the first thing I check every morning and I use it across personal and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendar?

Overall, there is not much to dislike about Calendar. Frankly, the only issue I have is with recurring meetings. For whatever reason, recurring meetings tend to not be recurring. This is probably user error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
