Calendar Timesheets & Billing is a Google Sheets add-on for freelancers and consultants whose work already lives in Google Calendar. Pick your calendars and a date range, say which events belong to which client (by keyword, attendee email domain, a particular attendee, event colour or calendar), give each client an hourly rate, and press Build. You get a Timesheet tab with one row per event per day and a Client summary tab with hours and amounts per client, built from formulas so edits flow through. Hours are clipped to the chosen dates, overnight events are split at midnight, the same meeting on two calendars is counted once, and declined events and out-of-office blocks are skipped. Optional rounding to 6, 15 or 30 minutes. Free for one calendar, this or last month; Pro is $5 a month or $39 a year. Read-only calendar access, and calendar data never leaves Google.
