Calendar Force turns the jobs already in your Google Calendar into SMS reminders, staff rosters and invoices, without moving your business to a new booking system. Most scheduling tools want to replace your calendar. Calendar Force works with the one you already use. It runs as an add-on inside Google Calendar plus a web app, and it is built for small service businesses: lawn care and gardening, trades, cleaning, and NDIS and aged care providers. SMS reminders: set reminders for every job in a date range in one pass, instead of one event at a time. Reusable templates fill in the client's name, date and time, and a delivery log shows each reminder as pending, sent or failed, with the reason. Reminders go to Australian and US mobile numbers. Rostering: run Assign Staff and each job's Google Calendar colour is matched to a member of your team, who is added to the event so it shows in their own calendar. Assistants can be added for two-person jobs. Invoicing: generate invoices from the same calendar events onto a template you choose, carrying your logo. Invoice a whole period at once, or automatically when staff upload a photo of the finished job. Aged care, NDIS, private and company clients each follow their own invoicing rules, with the NDIS support catalogue and state price limits built in. Remittance and RCTI PDFs are matched back to your invoices and marked paid, and overdue invoice reminders go out from your own Gmail. Your job logs and invoices live in your own Google Drive and Sheets. Pricing is pay as you go: SMS credits from A$9.99 for 50 and invoice tokens from A$2.00 for 20, with no required monthly fee. New accounts include 20 free invoice tokens.
