It gives every business its own online booking page, an appointment calendar for the whole team and automatic reminders, for a flat monthly fee and with no commission per booking. Online booking 24/7 Clients choose a service, a professional and a free time slot from the business's booking page, without calling and without installing an app. The booking page can be shared on Instagram, Google and WhatsApp, printed as a QR code at the counter, or embedded on the business's own website as a booking button or a full booking widget. Six booking page templates let each business show its brand, services, team and photo gallery. Appointment calendar and staff scheduling The dashboard shows day and week views for the entire team or for each staff member. Owners set services and durations, split shifts, time off and vacations. Public holidays are closed automatically by country and region, and local holidays can be added by hand. Booking rules include minimum and maximum booking notice, cancellation deadlines and optional manual approval of new bookings. Automatic reminders and fewer no-shows Appointment reminders are sent automatically by email, SMS, WhatsApp or push notification, with a link that lets clients cancel or reschedule on their own. When an appointment is cancelled, the waitlist alerts the clients who were waiting for a matching slot, so the gap is filled without phone calls. Clients who repeatedly miss appointments can be blocked from booking online. Client management Every client has a record with their booking history and internal notes, and client data can be exported at any time. Clients get their own area, installable on their phone as a web app, where they sign in without a password to see and manage their bookings and join the waitlist. After the appointment, Calendace can ask clients for a Google review. Pricing without commissions Unlike booking marketplaces, Calendace does not charge a commission per appointment or per new client: the booking page, the brand and the client list belong to the business. There is a free plan with no time limit, paid plans from 9.99 € per month billed yearly (excl. VAT), a 30-day free trial of the Premium plan with no credit card, and no lock-in. Calendace is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese and works in any browser, on desktop and mobile.
