Conditions and variables, with them you can create forms much more advanced than we thought possible, turning your simple forms into dynamic forms that adapt according to the options entered by the user. Some new features available in the latest versions have not worked for us, such as the forms in multiple languages and their content delivery network (CDN), so we have translated it by replicating forms and used another CDN solution (Cloudflare). We switched to Caldera to allow each form response to go to the correct person according to the selected topic, but Caldera went much further and allowed us to integrate its forms into various internal company processes such as development suggestions and editing technical sheets. Advanced and interactive forms very easily, you can configure caldera to use variables and conditions that turn your boring old forms into a powerhouse, you can select variables and change either the recipients or the form's own content (show/hide fields) based on previous fields inputs or other variables. With a little of creativity you can do almost anything with it and we end up using Caldera for way more than previously planned. Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) 5/26/2018 "easy forms" 4/5 What do you like best about Caldera Forms? the easiness in building forms is the biggest advantage when it comes to caldera forms. it integrates well with WordPress and there is a drag and drop builder available with it. there is no prior knowledge or coding required to build beautiful forms using caldera. there are several add-ons and integrations available as elements along with WordPress add-on. you just have to drag those elements into the form and arrange them according to your need and set it, that's it takes to create the beautiful form. there are several integrations available with it including MailChimp, Aweber,PayPal and all. you can also customize the forms well by changing the text type and colours to get your desired look. for form emails there are several options available including email delivery stats and detailed reports. you can also export the form the PDF format. they provide priority support for their product and replies really fast to the support tickets. the documentation of the product is also detailed enough.
