Calculiro is a web-based integrated business planning tool for small and mid-sized companies and tax advisors in Germany. From one set of inputs it produces four reports that fit together: a monthly profit plan (BWA format), a monthly cash flow plan, a projected balance sheet and a cash flow statement. The projected balance sheet balances without plug figures, and the bank balance always equals the closing balance of the cash flow plan. Plan up to five years, month by month. Loans and investments are calculated with depreciation, interest and repayments. Scenarios show instantly how a new hire, a machine or a new customer affects all four reports. The opening balance sheet comes from the annual financial statements; figures from the BWA can be uploaded. Reports export to PDF and Excel for banks or advisory boards. For accounting firms: many clients in one account, access per client to view or co-plan, changeable at any time, and the firm's logo on the report. Price: Solo EUR 79, Team EUR 149, Full version EUR 399 per month plus VAT, cancel monthly. AI assistant from EUR 5.99 per month plus VAT. Hosted in Germany. Launching soon.
