GRID added a level of interactivity to our website and sales tools that we were missing before. There are so many cool ways to use this software to enhance the user experience! Also, their customer service / support team is top notch. They are always friendly, very responsive to emails, and willing to offer support. Recently we asked about adding a "Save to PDF" feature to in a calculator we made on GRID. The feature didn't fully exist yet, but the team had it wired up and working within a day. I was blown away! There are a few formatting features that GRID doesn't have yet, but in my time using the product, the team has already made so many great improvements to it. The addition of the "drag and drop" editing capability is one that came out recently, and that really improved the usability of the software. The interface of GRID is much simpler and aquistic then other application, it is easy to understand and implement on projects.

Grid is one of the most amazing tools to build tools I have experienced, backed by the most amazing team of 'Gridlings'. It has amazing customer support, is very easy to learn and use, has a tremendous amount of features and customization options and can easily be integrated with existing programs. One of the reasons I like it the most, is how they come up with things you never knew you needed, easily implementable. There are a few (minor) and 1 major feature that I would like to see implemented, but in all honesty I know that the team is working on it at the moment.
