Whenever we encountered server management issues, it felt like an eternity waiting for them to address the problem, as it took an exasperating three working days for them to get back to us. Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) 6/23/2023 "Simplest Training Points" 4/5 What do you like best about CalChamber? When I was using it for first time during my first internship, this was very simple in jse. It provides full packages of training which covers every training like Harrasment training, Informational Training etc. The best part about this tool is it's cost. It's very cheap in cost to have subscription and also it has almost all of the courses covered over there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CalChamber? When It was in use for us, I felt that it had less number of servers attached. When more than 20 trainees started streaming the course over there, the issue started in buffering and the page was getting in stuck. What problems is CalChamber solving and how is that benefiting you? Like I told, when It was in use for us it had server management issue. The tool was not capable to handle the huge requests on the servers. We realised and open support ticket. They came after 3 working days and suggested to do force patching on the tool. They are a great HR resources to keep you up to date with their employee handbook tool, DEI training, California law and pamphlet for new hires, sexual harassment training, and they are very helpful when you call the labor law line.
