Whenever we encountered server management issues, it felt like an eternity waiting for them to address the problem, as it took an exasperating three working days for them to get back to us. **What problems is CalChamber solving and how is that benefiting you?** CalChambers exceptional range of services has been an absolute lifesaver for me, significantly reducing the time and effort I previously spent on HR compliance. Everything they offer is best for making sure each company remains compliant with the latest federal and California laws for employers and employees both. **What problems is CalChamber solving and how is that benefiting you?** CalChamber makes it easy to be trained and train our employees with yearly sexual harassment prevention training. The tools are very useful; All the customer's support team is helpful when the user needs them. This can improve storage.That is just a suggestion not dislikes. **What problems is CalChamber solving and how is that benefiting you?** This will keep privacy all the time, and the most attractive feature of the organization form is that it can keep store private. Even when I met them at a SHRM Conference the representatives were very helpful in explain how to use the system. **What problems is CalChamber solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are not experiencing any business problems at this time because they keep us current with all the laws. We use the All In One Poster from them, and even if there is a law change they automatically mail us a new one. ### 6. This is a great HR resource to keep you informed. **What do you dislike about CalChamber?** In my thinking, nothing is disliked in Calchamber. **What problems is CalChamber solving and how is that benefiting you?** The most appealing aspect of the organizational structure is that it can maintain store privacy, as this will permanently preserve privacy. All the employee information, including pay, information, TRP, and goal, is all that this program can handle. ### 7. They even have the option to have resources automatically shipped to the workplace. **What do you dislike about CalChamber?** If I had to choose a downside, I guess it would be that the level of help you receive depends on the membership you have. I think they have a good thing going and don't need a lot of improvement from my point of view. **What problems is CalChamber solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are making sure we remain compliant with all California labor laws, and that is relieving to know I don't have to research myself to find that information out. ### 8.
