Calandary is field service management software that streamlines scheduling, dispatch, worker management, invoicing, and payments into a digital workspace. It features a shared calendar with color-coded status tracking, replacing manual tools like spreadsheets. GPS tracking provides real-time crew visibility, while a branded booking page prevents overbooking by showing available time slots. A centralized price book integrates with booking pages and invoices. Workers use mobile panels to access schedules and updates, with automatic hour tracking. The invoicing module supports online estimates and payments in 35 currencies, integrating with QuickBooks, Stripe, and Zapier for automation. Reporting tools offer analytics on revenue and job statuses. The platform supports five languages and includes CSV import for data migration.
