  ### 1. Calamp works great when it is working

**What do you like best about CalAmp?**

when it is working it is great, but there have been a number of times when the GPS system is lagging quite substantially and the MDTs seem to need updates quite often and then do not work properly.

**What do you dislike about CalAmp?**

Sales and service are not great - we had leased systems and were not informed in a timely manner of the switch to newer systems due to 2 and 3 G being phased out. It turned into a rush to try and get new systems. The installation team was great and the Calamp Project implementation team has worked well and they have been very responsive. System is not the most user friendly. Customer support by implementation team - Mike Gornitzky has been great. Other areas of the company not so much.

Easy to keep track of vehicles and know where they are.

UI could use a dark mode and be less laggy

Solving me not knowing where vehicles are

its so easy to navigate, great finding location of buses

to many steps to get where you want and should be less

**What do you like best about CalAmp?**

The training videos, and the navigation of the program. I have seen an increase on the promptness to replying to the tickets submitted. The staff that is helping makes you feel okay for not knowing everything.  I have enjoyed learning this program

**What do you dislike about CalAmp?**

There are no IT staff available on grounds. Our head mechanic has had to step away from working on buses to fix LMU's and other issues. We have stoped utilizing our mechanic and now just have to wait and see what the next step is.

**What problems is CalAmp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tablet logging in and GPS tracking.

**What do you like best about CalAmp?**

I Can easily see the number of vehicles in a specific location. It's easy to find an individual vehicle. CalAmp team is accommodating. Seeing the full map also helps to find vehicles in locations where they should not be.

**What do you dislike about CalAmp?**

Their old system was much easier to find the history of a vehicle's movement. This new system requires more clicks to see the history.  It's not as user-friendly for those who don't use it regularly.

**What problems is CalAmp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We must verify vehicles are being used for testing regularly. Idle vehicles cost the company money. It has helped find vehicles that have been misplaced and some that have been stolen. Our naming format has also helped coordinators track specific fleets.
