Payment links are smart. Set a flat fee for a workshop or an hourly rate for a session - Cal2Cash calculates the amount from the event duration. Change the event length later and the amount updates automatically. You can cap the number of seats for group events, set an expiry date so a link closes at the right time, and offer early-bird discounts with a countdown that your clients see on their payment page. When the discount window closes, the price goes back to full without any action from you.
The enforcement side is fully automated too. Set a due date, and if a client hasn't paid by then, a late fee is added automatically, they get an email notification, and the payment link reflects the new amount. Reminders go out on your behalf. Payment confirmations update your calendar event in real time. You always know who's paid, who's overdue, and what's coming in - from a single dashboard.
Cal2Cash runs on a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, the Pro plan is $19/month or $150/year (equivalent to $12.50/month).
