"Outstanding for Scheduling, User-Friendly Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

I use Cal ID for appointment booking with my clients and prospects. I appreciate the nice tool it provides, allowing me to send meeting links to clients and prospects, and they can also ask me to share a link for my availability for meetings. I like the nice user interface and experience (UI/UX) and the simplicity of using it. I also value the feature of specific service descriptions, like 'project briefing,' which helps both me and the client understand what the meeting is about. The initial setup was very easy. Additionally, I am much happier with Cal ID compared to using other tools like Google Workspace Business Standard appointments or Microsoft Office 365 Bookings, which I find not user-friendly. "Efficient Calendar Management with Room for UI Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

I use Cal ID as a digital concierge to handle the logistic heavy lifting for my professional life. It eliminates problems like double booking, time zone confusion, back-to-back meeting fatigue, and forgetting to follow up. Most tools charge extra to run business meetings properly, but Cal ID's workflows are built in with automated follow-ups. The secret event type is the ultimate feature. Workflows connect bookings to everything else, like updating CRM when a new client books. Automated follow-ups handle communication that slips through when I'm busy, and secret event types act as an access filter by showing an intro on your public page. Easy filtering and CRM updates were big reasons for switching from Calendly and Hubspot Meet. I also found the initial setup easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

The UI works but is not polished. Deep settings and complex workflows feel clunky compared to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Cal ID primarily for scheduling calls, team sync-ups, and collaboration meetings. It's really helpful for easing the client calls process as it simplifies scheduling and alleviates the back-and-forth of emails to set meetings. "The Most Effortless and Scalable Scheduling Tool for Modern Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

What I like best about Cal ID is how it combines ease of use with a surprisingly deep number of features that usually cost a premium elsewhere. The ease of implementation was impressive; I had my first booking link live and synced with my Google Calendar in under five minutes without needing a tutorial.

In my daily frequency of use, the ease of integration with tools like Zoom and Razorpay has been a game-changer, allowing me to automate both the meeting link generation and payment collection in one go. Even when I had a minor question about setting up a complex round-robin workflow, their customer support was responsive and knowledgeable. Overall, it’s a rare tool that feels both powerful for a team and simple enough for an individual to manage without any technical friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

While the core functionality is excellent, the user interface (UI) can occasionally feel a bit less polished compared to older competitors like Calendly. I have noticed minor lag when saving complex workflow automations, and I would love to see more advanced customization options for the booking page branding in the future. Better documentation for some of the more niche integrations would also be a helpful addition for technical users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Scheduling, Excellent Team Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

I really appreciate Cal ID for its easy-to-use software, allowing me to link my Google Calendar effortlessly. The team scheduling feature has been invaluable as we've grown from a sole operation to a small agency, with round robin assignments for sales calls ensuring no one gets overwhelmed. The integration with multiple calendars like Google, Zoho, and Microsoft is a big plus. The reminder system is fantastic for reducing no-shows for discovery calls. I also like that I can connect to platforms like Google Meet, Skype, and Zoom on one platform for free, which is amazing. Additionally, the reporting on booking trends is helpful in understanding when prospects prefer to connect, influencing our meeting strategies. The process was smooth and didn't take much time, and I find the software very impressive and a great tool for small businesses like mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

The interface can be slightly less polished than some competitors during initial setup, particularly when configuring advanced workflows. There's a minor learning curve, but documentation and team responses have helped me get unstuck quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless CRM Integration, Powerful Automation"
4/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

I use Cal ID everywhere on my social media like Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. I love the automation feature, where I can integrate the calendar with my CRM. This integration is really fascinating and very helpful to use. It allows me to automate new calendar bookings so I immediately get an email and can log it into my CRM, which is something other platforms do not offer. I also appreciate that I can get multiple types of calendars, which is nice. Integration with the CRM is especially beneficial because if I have a new meeting with a lead, it can create a new contact in my CRM for my team to manage. Setting up Cal ID was very easy for my team when we switched from another product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

The default UI shouldn't be black. I think it should be more bright. Just a personal preference. Nothing else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
