The ease of use is something I definitely like. What really stands out is the calendar and video integrations. To be able to seamlessly connect to Zoom I absolutely was blown away by the ease of implementation. I haven't yet spoken to Customer Support but I have a feeling they will be great too. My frequency of use of scheduling app has increased significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Communication with Intuitive Design"
5/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

I love how easy Cal ID is to use, the clean and neat interface makes it really straightforward to navigate. You can set event types, bookings, and keep all your contacts in one place, which is pretty cool. I also like that you can manage teams and routing efficiently and check on workflows. The ability to instantly identify the caller before answering really stands out for me because it gives clarity and helps tailor responses immediately. The integration with CRM to show customer details in real time is very helpful for maintaining professionalism and making calls more informed. It's super easy to set up too. What do you dislike about Cal ID?

So I think, sometimes, Cal ID shows incorrect names. Stronger spam detection and verification would be good. Limited insights without CRM integration is also something that could be improved. And, prioritization of important calls would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Caller Context and Simple Daily Use, Though Accuracy Can Slip"

What do you like best about Cal ID?

What I like most about Cal ID is the clarity it brings before I even pick up a call. Knowing who’s calling and why saves a lot of guesswork and interruptions. It makes call handling more intentional instead of reactive. The simplicity is a big plus too. It does its job without overcomplicating things, which is exactly what you want in a tool you use daily. "Streamlined Scheduling with Seamless Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

I use Cal ID for scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and events. What I like most is the clean and intuitive interface. The customizable booking pages and seamless calendar integrations, particularly with Office 365 and Google Calendar, are standout features. The ability to set buffer times between meetings ensures I never feel rushed between calls. Additionally, the automated confirmation and reminder emails are very helpful, as they mean attendees always know the details without me having to send reminders manually. It was also fairly easy to set up initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

The reporting and analytics features could be more detailed. It would also be helpful to have more customization options for the booking page design. Sometimes the mobile experience feels slightly less polished compared to the desktop version. On mobile, the interface can feel cramped when managing multiple event types, and scrolling through availability settings is a bit cumbersome. A more responsive layout for smaller screens would greatly improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Promising Platform for Simplifying Professional Scheduling"
5/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

After spending time reading multiple reviews and comparisons, Cal ID by OneHash stood out as a thoughtfully built solution for modern scheduling and professional identity management. What convinced me to try it was the consistent feedback around ease of use, clean design, and reliability — all things that matter when meetings are part of daily work.

From my initial experience, the platform feels intuitive and well-structured. The interface is simple without feeling basic, and it’s clear that the product is designed for professionals who value efficiency and clarity. Even during setup, everything felt streamlined and purposeful, which aligns well with what other users have highlighted in their reviews.

What I find promising about Cal ID is its approach to being more than just a scheduling tool. The idea of combining a unified professional identity with smart calendar management makes a lot of sense, especially for consultants, educators, founders, and client-facing professionals. Based on what I’ve explored so far, it looks capable of reducing friction in coordination and helping maintain a more professional experience overall.

I’m looking forward to using Cal ID more deeply and leveraging its full capabilities to improve how I manage meetings and workflows. So far, it seems like a well-designed product built with real-world professional needs in mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

Since I’m still in the early stages of using Cal ID, it takes a bit of time to fully understand all the available features and how to use them most effectively. Some advanced options could benefit from more in-app guidance or examples for first-time users. That said, this feels more like a learning curve than a real drawback, and it’s something that usually improves with regular use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"streamlined Scheduling with Solid Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

What I like most about Cal ID is how easy it makes scheduling just sharing a booking link eliminates all the back and forth. The interface is clean, setup is quick, and it integrates smoothly with calendars and meeting tools. I also appreciate how many useful features are available even in the free plan, which makes it great for everyday professional use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

One thing have noticed is that customization options can feel a bit limited, especially if you want more control over branding or advanced workflows. Also, while the basic setup is easy, some of the deeper features take a little time to fully understand. That said, these are minor issues and don’t affect everyday scheduling much. "Transforms Appointment Scheduling with Automated Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

I really appreciate Cal ID's quick response over email and WhatsApp. It's great that as soon as someone books a call with me, I get a quick response. I like the availability of many features like bulk flows and questions, as well as the feasibility of integrating Cal ID on my website. It's amazing how everything with Cal ID just works perfectly. Additionally, the WhatsApp automation is amazing, as it has solved a significant problem for me. Everything being automated saves me a lot of time, which is great compared to when I used a competitor and had to manually send reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

One thing that can be improved is the background. The background is dark, black. So that is the only thing that bothers me. Rest everything is fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
