What do you like best about Cal ID?

I’ve used many scheduling tools in the past, including Calendly, TidyCal, and several others. While most of them seem promising at first, they often become cluttered or overloaded with unnecessary features. Cal ID stands out because it’s straightforward, fast, and reliable. What do you dislike about Cal ID?

The UI is quite basic, and I find the workflows difficult to understand at first. It takes some time to get used to how everything works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cal ID solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Cal ID, scheduling meetings was a headache. I had to go back and forth in emails or chats trying to find a time that worked for everyone. Sometimes I’d double-book myself or forget to block personal time on one of my calendars. Cal ID solved all of that. It automatically checks all my calendars, shows only the free slots, and lets people book directly without any confusion. No more “Does 3 PM work?” messages. "Effortless Scheduling with Clean UI and Versatile Integration"

What do you like best about Cal ID?

I use Cal ID primarily to schedule calls for my design agency, Rosch, and it schedules correctly according to my availability. I like that it's very easy to use, and new users can get onboard with Cal ID in no time. The clean UI is easy to read and understand, which is a big plus. "Easily manage meeting call and bookings"

What do you like best about Cal ID?

I’ve been using Cal ID for a while and really like how flexible it is. It lets me create unlimited event types and booking links, which makes scheduling different kinds of meetings much easier as our Sales team forward leads which makes it easier for me to manage with this feature. It also syncs with multiple calendars Google, Apple (my personal one) and Outlook too so everything stays in one place and no chances of overlapping. Also, the good thing was it was easy to import all my existing setup from Calendly and get started right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

Honestly, I do not have anything to say at this moment but I would suggest to improve UI/UX on the bookings page where you see meetings booked by anyone. I personally like old UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cal ID solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cal ID has solved a lot of my scheduling headaches. Earlier, using Calendly I felt it bit time consuming process there as well as lacking integration with other tool. What do you like best about Cal ID?

I use Cal ID for appointment booking and appreciate its automation features. It replaces the use of a lot of tools, and I find it helpful that it has reminders and handles all processes. "Extremely Customizable Scheduling Made Easy"

What do you like best about Cal ID?

I use Cal ID for scheduling meetings and trainings for my startup, and I love it because it's extremely customizable. It helps me with custom workflows, custom URLs, and availability options, which I think are amazing. I like the customization, the URLs, and the workflows. Plus, so far, it's free, which is great. Setting it up was super easy compared to Google Meetings; I just had to sign up and set up my profile to get going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cal ID?

I really appreciate that Cal ID makes it easy to organize and schedule meetings. It helps me keep a proper record of all the meetings and schedules. Plus, it reminds me properly about upcoming events. The integration is very easy with all systems, and the interface is user-friendly, which means we can use it very properly.
