The bigger thing for me is cost. Calendly locks multiple event types behind a paid plan. As a recruiter I need different booking links for different call types, intro calls, interviews, debriefs. The routing function is great for my team because leads are automatically assigned to each person, so we don’t need to manage assignments manually. Oh, a little bit of UI, I find it a bit cluttered. So, you know, it can be a little bit more organized in a way so that it's more friendly. To work with. And, there are a lot of things So for someone, it can be, you know, very overpowering, overwhelming, so fixing that as well. Don't remove any features or anything. We'll just make it in a more organized way and proper group. And, also, I want, that for Cal ID, you know, that you should have, the option to for send the names, sending things, and, like, for URLs to your own custom branding there as well. At my agency, we run strategy calls, collaboration meetings, onboarding sessions and creative consultations. Before using Cal ID, coordinating everyone’s availability meant endless back-and-forth messages. Once I started using Cal ID, the whole process became much more streamlined. Customization can feel limited at times and while the advanced automation rules are powerful, there’s a learning curve when you’re trying to build more complex setups. I also noticed that the mobile experience doesn’t always match the feature set available elsewhere, so feature parity can be an issue depending on what you need to do on the go.
