CalGet is an event management platform for creating add to calendar links, collecting RSVPs, publishing subscription calendars and embedding event calendars on websites. With CalGet, organizers create an event once and share an Add to Calendar link that lets people save it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Office 365 or Yahoo in one click. CalGet collects RSVPs through online forms, keeps subscribers’ calendars up to date with new and changed events, and displays events on any website through an embeddable calendar. Marketing teams, schools, nonprofits, venues and businesses use CalGet to share events in emails, newsletters, social posts and on their websites. Add-to-Calendar Links With CalGet, you create an event once and get an add to calendar link for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Office 365 and Yahoo, plus an .ics file. The link opens a clean CalGet event page with Add to Calendar buttons. Each guest saves the event in their own time zone. Share the link in emails, newsletters, social posts or on your site, and CalGet shows how many people clicked it. RSVP CalGet gives every event its own RSVP page with a Yes / Maybe / No form. Guests don’t need an account. You can add your own questions, watch replies come in live, and export the guest list to CSV. After they reply, CalGet lets guests add the event to their calendar. Subscription Calendars CalGet lets you group your events into a calendar people can subscribe to. New and updated events appear in their calendar app automatically, so you don’t have to resend anything. Embeddable Event Calendar CalGet puts a live event calendar on any website with a short embed code. Visitors can switch between month, week, schedule or card views, search events, RSVP and subscribe. CalGet can also pull in events from Google Calendar, Outlook or any ICS feed. CalGet connects to 7,000+ apps through Zapier.
